Di scheduled me right away and patiently listened to my story about the clogged up bathroom, then Kyle came over, fixed everything in one day, and went totally above and beyond by cleaning out the dreadful tub and potty. Gold stars for both of these kind and wonderful people. So professional, so well-done, I can't say enough about their great service and heartily recommend using them should you have need 👍

Gerald and the staff at MGP Mechanical are top notch. While another company told us our cooling unit could not be repaired and would need to be replaced, Gerald repaired it and saved us a considerable amount of money. We also recently had to relocate our server room. MGP Mechanical handled their portion of the move with ease and on time. It is comforting to deal with honest professionals. Had someone come out to give estimate for faucet. Plumber was rude, did not look under the sink to trouble shoot and quoted a high price to repair the faucet. I would not use the company again.

my dad works here and he does a really good job. i’ve been able to go to his work a few times and a few side jobs on the weekends with him sometimes and he works really hard. so we will end up working on our house sometimes like fixing heating and stuff. he’s anthony that’s my dad. i love courtesy they work professionally and work hard.

Do yourself a favor and go with a professional outfit. Not only did they use parts that were not up to code, they left a huge mess. In the end, I decided to call another plumber and I'm glad I cut my losses.

I woke up in the early AM to find my hallway filled with water. My water softener unit burst, and was flooding my home since late in the evening. I shut my water off then and there, called Unlimited that same morning, and they were out there within the hour to assess. They quickly found the culprit, a big crack along my water filter. They were back the next morning with the Replacement part, and were even able to reposition some of my existing utility closet to make everything more serviceable. They even repositioned my pressure gauge to better protect against Pressure spikes in the future. Damn fine work all around, highly recommended. I won’t be messing around with other companies in the future, Unlimited Plumbing will be my first call.

The gentleman was very knowledgeable about my water heater issue. He told me i need a new water heater.. since i couldn't afford one he offered to clean it up and try to get it started. He did for a while but it went out yet again. So i had to get a new one anyway.. but he did his best and i appreciate it.

Gave us a quote and then lied to try to increase the charge. Guy went on a rant, calling our real estate agent a liar-until the seller’s agent provided documentation to prove Guy was lying. Then he walked out on the job halfway through.
They screwed us over so badly that the seller’s real estate agent went to their office to pick up our refund check even though we had already closed and she had no obligation to us any more whatsoever. She just felt so badly about how terrible Guy was.
Also terrible service and hard to get a hold of throughout the process before they came over, told us they couldn’t do multiple things that future plumbers did no problem, all before they lied to us, etc.

Nick and Terrence repaired wiring for our radiant heating and replaced cartridges in two faucets. They are knowledgeable and efficient and we are very pleased with the completed work. They were also very helpful on giving us advice on water softening systems and we valued their expertise. The customer service from Sarah was excellent.
