Called Rocketman Christmas Eve morning in dire need with family arriving. They responded promptly. They sent me a text when they were coming accompanied by photo of who was coming. Took care of the problem, wished me a merry Christmas and were gone. No more problem. Thanks guys!!

The repairman came in a timely manner and could not see that anything was wrong but he did 'clean the sensors' and because it was working, he left and told me if it was making the clicking noise and not coming on again in the next 30 days, he would return and not charge another service charge....but it has been running just fine ever since he did that sensor cleaning. I'd like to know how to do that myself in case it ever happens again...seemed to balk when it was trying to 'turn on'.

Had someone come out to give estimate for faucet. Plumber was rude, did not look under the sink to trouble shoot and quoted a high price to repair the faucet. I would not use the company again.

What a great company! From the telephone experiences, reminder calls, on time arrival, professional service & repairs, reasonable pricing and spotless cleanup! All 3 of my service calls were to estimate, repair and replace all the leaky fixtures in my home. Anthony was the tech each time and did a perfect job. City water, city sewer hook up - great price, couple guys in a pickup with shovels were the only ones who said they could beat it : ) - I went with Rodgers though, pretty much in and out I wouldn't notice they were there except for the vent pipe and my water isn't yellow anymore.

Guy's crew came out for an emergency call when nobody else could make it. They were kind, professional and very inexpensive.

Our water heater went out monday afternoon. Called Anchor plumbing and Sean was great - gave me options, was super knowledgeable, responded quick, and was even able to fit me in first thing the next morning with a replacement!

I showed him the problem unit, and he was off and running. Finished up after a few hours and walked me through everything he did. One of the EASIEST contractor experiences I've had by far.

And the quality of work is phenomenal. He made sure we have a leak detector and drip pan. Ran all new pipes and hardware. He even adjusted a valve so that it wasn't in such a weird angle on the water line.

100% would call him again!

There are no words to express my gratitude for Terrance, Harrison and Sara. They all are very professional. They are all about doing a great job and taking care of the clients.
