Best Radiant Heat Installation in Albuquerque NM

My water heater installation did not pass the first expense inspection. City of Albuquerque inspector came and the pressure release valve or mechanism was not installed appropriately. Apparently the way that my water heater was installed 20 years ago is not currently up to code. So they came back but not during the week they came on a weekend and spent more time trying to figure out how we could bring it up to code. They were here three different times and I probably spent more than 10 hours of my time overall waiting for the installation and fix. Ultimately they found a solution and to what they did not initially think was going to be a problem. Repairman was pleasant and somewhat professional. My only complaint was on his weekend visits he drove his personal vehicle to my residence and it leaked oil on my driveway. I was very unhappy about that situation and very unhappy that he wasn’t able to clean it up totally. Finally I had to reschedule with the city inspectors office to have them come out and do a second inspection. Thankfully it past the second time around. I would recommend this company as they seem comparably priced and we’re willing to work until the situation was resolved.

I have had two different companies give me two different problems and issues with my mini-split system. Comfort solutions came in diagnosed my problem and fixed it under the price quoted!

Our inducer motor went out the day after Christmas. American AC & Heat was 1/3 the cost of the other 3 local big named businesses and came after 5 PM with no upcharge, so I didn't have to miss work and loose more $. If they didn't have to wait for the part they would've fixed it the same day! As an accountant I can say, this is the type of businesses Albuquerque's economy desperately needs! More $ in the consumers' pocket = more money to spend on food, clothes, and other needed commodities. What these other companies were willing to charge A family of 6 living check to check, stuck without a furnace, knowing the cost of the part, is simply UNETHICAL!!!! Thank you American AC & Heat, your Integrity will pay off ten fold!

I can't say enough about my recent experience with Courtesy. My AC went out on a103 degree day and it's only 6 yrs old. Courtesy didn't install my system but they got me on their schedule the same day I called. (my installer wouldn't even call me back) I've been happy with Courtesy's plumbing services so I gave them a call. In just one hour Neil did the trouble shooting, drove to the supply company, picked up the part, installed it and got me up and running! Lesson learned: don't be fooled by lower service call rates with a repair price by the job! Dylan was fantastic-we had pipe burst in east mountains and under arduous circumstances Dylan came out repaired the pipe got our water back on and all with friendly attitude that was so refreshing- we tried previously a couple of plumbers that we had used in the past and wouldn’t even answer the phone. Will definitely use him and Unlimited for future plumbing needs
