Real disrespectful. Very unprofessional. I have hours of videos of them sitting around. At least an hour where my yard is flooded because they didn't check to see if the water was off before starting. 5 guys just sitting around with the boss standing there. What a joke! Seen them do many repairs around the area and it takes days to do the job and then back again to do more work! Company is a joke! Dont deserve any stars.

I have had two different companies give me two different problems and issues with my mini-split system. Comfort solutions came in diagnosed my problem and fixed it under the price quoted!

This business is run by professionals! Gerald installed 2 large combo units for my business. They were installed, up and running before we opened with not a single problem. He then replaced my kitchen sink, faucet, water heater, garbage disposal, and circulating pump. All done in a timely and efficient manner. Again everything perfect, no mess and professionally installed. Then I had him check a heater at my house and he fixed it in no time at all. Highly recommend this company and services! My mother’s heater needed to be replaced and Cody went above and beyond to get the job completed. We ran into some problems with the owner of the trailer park and Cody went out of his way to get additional insurance that covers manufactured homes and stayed at my mothers house until inspectors came out. He was very professional and they did a quality job. I would highly recommend!

Best service I've had anywhere in awhile!! The ladies that answered the phone were so accomdating and helpful. They also went above and beyond while we were dealing with a warranty issue. The technicians that responded were knowledgeable and quickly and efficiently fixed our problem. 10/10 would recommend!

We have used E & M on several occasions. When our water heater went out the work was done swiftly so we weren't inconvienced by being out of hot water. We found the repair expense very affordable! We will continue to recommend E & M to our friends and family!

Courtesy was recommended to me by my usual plumber who could not make it out. They were great, Neal showed up and took care of my pilot light that had gone out. I felt he was honest and did a great job. I will use courtesy again.

Monday morning.... NO WATER! Called a well known ABQ plumbing company and their first response was I needed a new water softener offering me a $4k job. Realized it could not be the softener -- had to be the well because water was not coming in on sprinkler system either. Based on reviews and also recommendations from well respected building industry contacts called Rodgers -- they lived up to their outstanding reputation. Immediately the problem was found in less than 5 minutes. Changed a switch box made sure all was in working order and have running water. Saved me $3750! Thank you Jeff and Rodgers!

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Unlimited Plumbing was extremely professional and helpful when our toilet started leaking over the long holiday weekend. Gabe came out and replaced our toilet for us and he did an incredible job! He went above and beyond in every way. He even whispered and worked quietly as a mouse while our young children napped! He was extremely clean and professional. He was also very kind and positive! Replacing toilets in manufactured homes can be riddled with problems and surprises and Gabe took all of those in stride and never made us feel bad for the job being challenging and not very pleasant (unlike other companies). They were also extremely fair in the price! I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Also he wore a mask the whole time he worked and left his work area as well as my house spotless! If you want an honest, reliable company that will keep you safe while we battle COVID and after this is the place to go!!

I called Daniels for an estimate to get my house repiped. They were responsive and came out. I was told to expect an estimate in about 3-5 working days. After a week, I still had not received an estimate, so I called. The nice lady told me that the estimate was not complete, but Ken was coming in to the office so he can finish it and give me a call. It has been over a month and I have not heard a word since. If you don't want the job, just say so. Don't leave me hanging.

I have received excellent service from Guys on several occasions. They book out very quickly due to being a father/son duo. But if they have time between jobs and are in your area, they will try to squeeze you in for small jobs. The woman who answers their phones is 100% honest about how quickly (or not) that they can get you in. I will definitely keep using them.

Sean was great to work with. He came to our home and helped us understand options when replacing our hot water heater. Once our decision was made, Sean was here the next day to complete the work. He converted our system to tankless and his work was clean and professional. We will definitely be calling Anchor for our needs in the future! Thank you, Sean!
