These guys are true professional tradesman who take pride in their work. My 15 yr old A/C system lost all refrigerant during the recent triple digit heat wave and James was able to fit us in for a complete system install to include a furnace at an exceptional price. The new system was installed within one day along with a water heater which was inspected as well and found to be leaking. Highly recommend Mother Road for any HVAC/Plumbing/electrical work. They can do it all.

After getting several quotes for a swamp cooler replacement I chose Central Plumbing as they had the best price and responsiveness. I was very happy with their prompt estimate, they were able to install the swamp cooler within a couple of days. Had someone come out to give estimate for faucet. Plumber was rude, did not look under the sink to trouble shoot and quoted a high price to repair the faucet. I would not use the company again.

It was terrible. I was looking for an installation and haul- away of a toilet. We had picked up toilet and was quoted a price of $127.95 minus 10% senior discount. Service guy was prompt but we had wrong connection part. I ran to Lowes and got proper connector so work was completed within 75 minutes of his arrival. When he presented bill it was now $301!!!. I would have paid a pro-rata for additional half hour (127.95 x 50% = 63.98) for a total of $191.92 -10% or $172. Instead he reduced it to $243 which we feel is a ripoff for simple toilet hookup. We had been quoted 125-135 by other plumber.

made an appointment for an estimate between 9-11 am. 11:30 rolls around and no plumber. I had to leave because of another commitment, my wife called to inform them about the no show and cancelled. The plumber calls me at 12:30 to tell me he's running late. Ya think. they should have given us a courtesy call. Big red flag with this place. So we probably dodged a bullet by possibly hiring them to do the job.

I was very pleased with the Air conditioning service i received from Ramon. He came over and worked hard to diagnose what was going on with my cooling system on my unit. I called this Guy’s plumbing for a new swamp cooler, got an estimate for 6812 model. Days later, I asked if they can install ASAP if they can. They came , I felt great.

However the invoice I received later on was a lower quality /cheaper model, not the one I was told and paid. There was a $200 deduction and final became $3,344. I called them wondering why a different model was used? Lori said you wanted us do it earlier and we did NOT have that model. I replied : then you should let me know. And she became rude and threatened : she Could take the cooler down.

I also missed the $300 PNM rebate. Customers need to know what they get before any installation.
