While I did not end up using Motherroad's services to complete my water filtration project, I feel compelled to leave a review after my experience. This was far and away the BEST interaction I have ever had with a contractor. Alex was prompt, explained my options in great detail, and did not try to upsell or push anything extra or unnecessary to my project. He told me exactly what he wanted to use, why he wanted to use it, and included a breakdown of every single item and its purpose in his quote. He also broke down his pricing for me, which provided that extra layer of comfort with the process.

It is clear that Alex really knows his stuff and takes great pride in his work. If you haven't yet, take a look at the pictures on his website; he is definitely an artist of his craft. Unfortunately, we did not have the room in our budget to go with him on this occasion, but I wholeheartedly believe he is worth his price and would be ecstatic to go with Motherroad on a future project down the road. Absolutely amazing! Our tankless water heater stopped working, they immediately came out, found the issue and called around to find replacement parts. They found and installed parts and fixed the issue within 48 hours! Very professional, and I felt very safe (Covid reasons) with the guys wearing their masks 24/7! Reggie took the time to explain what the problem was and why it happened, and was very patient when answering questions! Very reasonable price, unlike TLC who quoted an outrageously high amount of money to fix the problem. A Quality is the only company my family will use!!

Great experience with Yett getting my water heater replaced. I was lucky he could get me in next day with quality hardware. He handles permits and setting up inspection after. Feels good to have the system fixed and up to current codes. Don't fret when what should be dry seems wet...just call Yett!

They came to put a new wall box where the washer faucets sit. I had no idea how involved it was. They had to cut the drywall and do a whole bunch of stuff. It turned out amazing. They were thorough, kind and friendly. I could not be any happier with their work, and their price. All Good!

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
