The Wagner Team was awesome and painless. I had three other companies come out to give me a quote and Wagner was within my budget. Starting with Dave Z. He was easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. He pointed out some things the other companies didn’t see or mention. He provided me with 3 different part options that would work with what I was wanting replaced at my home.The crews that came out, Levi I. Faron F. Carl W. Blake S. and a couple other guys I can’t remember their names (plumber, electricians, HVAC), were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning. Each crew made sure to find me and introduce themselves to me and advised me about the work they’re about to start. Once each crew was done with their part of the job they showed and walked me through what was changed and everyone was able to answer any questions I had with how to maintain or what services Wagner can provide with future maintenance. A great experience and would recommend Wagner.

Scott with RMS was excellent! Scott was professional and very knowledgable. He was able to figure out the new and complex system in the home we purchased. Scott educated us and even gave us tips on how to use it efficiently. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

It has been a delightful experience connecting with APHC. they have taken care of our heating and cooling needs for several years and have just started working with us on our plumbing. I could blather on and on with details but will just say that the customer service staff, the technicians all the way up to Anthony, the manager have been cordial, dependable and skillful with every interaction we have had. Jason, who takes care of our heating and cooling, and Greg, who just rescued me from a plumbing tangle are topnotch in every way and a pleasure to see at our door.

I work for a Property Management co. in Albuquerque NM, American AC & Heat is the only company we have ever used that will respond and (usually) complete our work orders the same day! I've even called Cody on weekends and have never been refused service. Expert; friendly service; fair and honest pricing, Cody is great to work with! I highly recommend him !

We have used E & M on several occasions. When our water heater went out the work was done swiftly so we weren't inconvienced by being out of hot water. We found the repair expense very affordable! We will continue to recommend E & M to our friends and family!

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
