First and foremost, work performed was first class, the two hour pluming repair job turned into four, why because Eugene noticed some other problems that were going to be a for sure call back down the road. I was blessed today to have a young man who made me feel like he was working for a family member, taking care of my problem like it was his personal home. Having just had surgery and the pluming problem was very stressful, I needed superman, he showed up!!!!!!!!!! At the end of the job the boss called and Eugene was need at another job asap, I got nervous and wanted the job done for his sake, he kept the course got me finished at the highest level, 4 hours solid work, no lunch break, there is no school where a person learns how to be kind, hard working, gentleman, it is just who one is. We had an air conditioning go out and it was a dozy! Air conditioning fan was off kilter & was cutting pipes and wires! Well, I called around for pricing, and as often is the case in the middle of the late summer... availability. The crew was not able to do the repairs for three or four days. When the crew got here to diagnosis they told us what it was and that we would need a new A/C. (Ok this old one was over 20 yrs old so it didn't come as a surprise.) But the team put down drop cloths in my entryway to my back door, they were respectful and informed us when they took a break (not much) and when they would be back. The team did the extras (in the price they quoted) like Installing an emergency cut off switch next to the unit. Making a custom cover door for the filter. Making a reusable filter to go in the unit, etc. They work with various banks to allow us to finance the work as we are a younger couple on a limited income. The inspector from the city comes out, looks in the house and at the unit, and comments on the extra work they did to make it easy to inspect and make it look good for us the customers. (This made it clear to me even more - that the inspector was impressed!)

Then winter during the freeze we had our hot water heater decided it needed to vent the water up through the top -i.e. it died. B Carlson was back. Because it was between Christmas & New Years, they gave me the options of emergency call & rates or Be there, Monday morning on Standard hours & rates. Given we had cold water available and friends willing to share their showers we chose standard. But bright and early, after the holidays they were here installing a new water heater. They went the extra mile again!! Drain pan with drain pipe under the unit. He put a new vent pipe in to keep it uniform. They took steps to make it a very professional job. The city inspector came out for the water heater and mentioned the drip pan, that he doesn't see it often. (Again, B Carlson did the little extras.)

(Sorry B Carlson that it took me so long to get the review up... that I said I would do I'm January 2019, and now it is June lol but :) I am happy to share what a great job you did!)

We have worked with Mark for several years when he worked at another company. When he started Central Plumbing (his own company) we made sure to become one of his first clients. Mark is the nicest man, very efficient, works quickly and is an expert at his trade. His is also honest; he doesn't try to pad our bill with products and services we don't really need. He will let us know when something is wearing out and should be replaced, but he isn't at all pushy about it. Central Plumbing deserves 10 stars. Hire this company; you won't regret it.

They left bare wires exposed, boards with nails sticking out. The electrical Supervisor is the worst disrespectful and unprofessional. when he wasn’t doing that he was trying to sell me side work to make money for himself terrible terrible experience I will never use them again I just hope they finish

Air one is wonderful. Their staff is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. The project went very smooth and we love our new air conditioner and water heater. They say they will get to the job but now seem too busy. Say they will call back, no reply. Now they would rather I find someone else. They don't care that their delay and inaction is causing me to run out of heating and hot water. Their delay canceling the work til the holidays is a big problem, that they don't care about. I will never even consider using them again.

We have used them several times and every time we have been amazed with their customer service, expertise, prompt responses and just overall kind interactions. Each time they have been able to come to our home within a few hours of our request. We have used several other “big name” companies and have never been as pleased as when we use American. We had refrigerated air and new heating installed for our home. A year later, everything is still working as it should and we even thought we had an issue because of a gas-like smell in our house. Mike came out and checked it out right away and found everything was working as it should. Great to have customer service like this! I would highly recommend them.

You know how sometimes you spend money on things and are not completely satisfied? This has never been the true for us with Courtesy. They have done a number of projects at our home over the years including removing our swamp system and replacing it with a new furnace and refrigerated air, replacing our water heater and installing hot water re-circulation, and this week replacing a bathtub and installing new fixtures. The work and the staff are exceptional and have always provided great customer communications and service. With Courtesy, we always feel it is money well spent.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
