Worst costumer service in abq. Eugene is a liar. Tells customers incorrect information and than says he never said that. The company traps the customers by promotions and than later claims we don' t qualify when they invoice. Bad Business practice. All around Dishonest company with dishonest employees. Stay away from their services.

We were Sooo pleased with Carlson. Communication was stellar! We were informed at every stage of job. The installers were professional, knowledgeable, Covid safe and personable. They went over and above to make sure the job was high quality. All was much more than we expected. We HIGHLY recommend them.

Mark and his staff are super professional, honest, knowledgeable and dependable. As an added bonus Mark didn’t try to up sell or talk me into something I didn’t need and, as an independent woman, our conversations also weren’t peppered with phrases such as, “does that make sense?” and “are you married?” A real pleasure to deal with this company, I’m quite happy I chose them.

I was very impressed from the moment I called regarding scheduling. I had a leak related to my swamp cooler and they were able to send a Tech out right away. RMS was recommended by my roofer and I saw that they have wonderful reviews here, so I felt very confident in having chosen the best HVAC company for the job, which was a swamp cooler relocation with new ducting. RMS techs showed up on the pre-arranged date and completed the work on time.
When I went to inspect the swamp cooler, I noticed it was scratched on top and I shared my observation with RMS whereupon Scott came out to repaint the lid of the swamp cooler. I was happy that they followed up and fixed the issue.
When a severe rain storm hit, both ducts that had been installed by RMS started leaking and I had to put buckets under the ducts in both bedrooms. I called RMS and they promised to send someone by to inspect the ducts. Unfortunately, I never saw anybody coming by to reinspect their work. I sealed the ducts myself, but one of them still leaks. I am disappointed with their work; hence only 2 stars.

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

Called Rick for a Refrigerated air conversion. Free quote. I had a tentative install for March but rescheduled on the fly for a few days out in Feb. Got a complete new system installed, quick, friendly and hauled off my old swamp cooler. All work also completed with inspections by the city. Local company and they did a great job. Addressed any questions I had during install as well.

We recently had our HVAC completely redone. This was a big job as we decided to remove the condenser from the roof to ground level on the side of the home along with the installation of a new gas furnace. We have had experience with various workers from different companies over the years so a comparison for the work done was from observation. We chose Albuquerque Plumbing & Heating to do this job which would take an estimated three days. The skilled personnel on the job and in the office were always professional and very personable during our many interactions. Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
