I can't say enough about my recent experience with Courtesy. My AC went out on a103 degree day and it's only 6 yrs old. Courtesy didn't install my system but they got me on their schedule the same day I called. (my installer wouldn't even call me back) I've been happy with Courtesy's plumbing services so I gave them a call. In just one hour Neil did the trouble shooting, drove to the supply company, picked up the part, installed it and got me up and running! Lesson learned: don't be fooled by lower service call rates with a repair price by the job! Courtesy charges a fair hourly rate, doesn't waste time and money and gets the job done with expert professionalism. Big thank you to Neil, Curtis and the office staff for everything. Courtesy with now be my 1st call for anything they service!

Mechanical Control Solutions came to me home at the time they said they would, they had all the equipment and parts that they needed to complete our job in their van and they were respectful of our home and cleaned up after the job was done. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable. Best of all they did not try to sell me something I did not need or want.
