The expected service was to service and turn on evaporative cooler where leaky faucet in the system was in need of repair/replacement. Water was not turned off at the street prior to beginning work. When pipe broke just behind the faucet of concern, water was gushing. But with quick reaction to belatedly turn off water at street, the unexpected pipe break was promptly repaired and evaporative cooler was successfully turned on without delay. The bill was very fairly resolved afterward, all of which was truly appreciated.

First and foremost, work performed was first class, the two hour pluming repair job turned into four, why because Eugene noticed some other problems that were going to be a for sure call back down the road. I was blessed today to have a young man who made me feel like he was working for a family member, taking care of my problem like it was his personal home. Having just had surgery and the pluming problem was very stressful, I needed superman, he showed up!!!!!!!!!! At the end of the job the boss called and Eugene was need at another job asap, I got nervous and wanted the job done for his sake, he kept the course got me finished at the highest level, 4 hours solid work, no lunch break, there is no school where a person learns how to be kind, hard working, gentleman, it is just who one is. Good scheduling process, good technician with lots of knowledge he was willing to share, but VERY expensive. My fix was pretty straight forward, took less than 30 minutes, technician used my ladder (I offered it to him) and it was almost $200. I think they had some wiggle room in how much they charged me and still keep the ability to make a profit. Expensive learning opportunity.

I had a leaking pipe on my water heater - the technicians that came out were Barney and Reece. They quickly identified the root cause and made sure to explain and fix the deeper issues that had led to the leak in the first place. The fix was done quickly and in even less time than the estimate, and they threw in some new home owner advice for free. Would recommend.

I had been told by a vent cleaner that my dryer vent was not up to code and shared this with Kurston. Plans were made to rectify this. Today, Kurston and another tech arrived. Kurston shared that in discussing my vent issue with his colleagues, he thought he should contact Sandoval permits to see if it passed the first time and what code was in force the year my home was built. Turns out code for dryer vents was different in Sandoval county at the time my home was built. He saved me a lot of money and headache! I would highly recommend as they did the right thing by me instead of just barreling ahead and doing a job that really wasn't needed.

The furnace at my house stopped working. I called R&R and Tony was very friendly and helpful. A technician was at my house right at the time he said. He checked my furnace and found a small gas leak along with a bad motor. The tech Chris gave me an estimate to repair the leak that was very fair. The job was done and now my furnace works GREAT.Thank you very much R&R. You now have a customer for life.
