We had some difficulty installing a tricky thermostat that integrated with our security system. After a first round with a team from MGP Mechanical who were unable to get our thermostat functioning, Gerald Peralta, the owner of the company, personally came out to our house and managed to install our thermostat. Despite the weather being incredibly hot out, and MGP Mechanical being extremely busy, Gerald and his team made us their priority. Mila kept in touch to let me know when to expect our install. Overall, everything was great! The team showed up promptly. They said the AC/furnace installation would be completed by 5pm, and they were completed by 3pm! The only thing is that I was told in my initial appointment that I would get a wireless thermostat that I would be able to use with an app on my phone. They installed a basic thermostat and said they would be back out to replace it. It’s been over a week, and I haven’t heard anything. I reached out a couple of times via text message. I was told that they were forwarding my problem to the install manager. I haven’t heard anything. I called the office today and was told someone would call me back to set up an appointment. I haven’t heard anything. I would think that spending over $15K that this team would be on it.

Scott and crew just converted my cooling system to refrigerated air and I couldn't be more pleased. They were honest, reliable, and did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company. My friends and family who have done business with RMS all agree with me.

Despite my efforts trying to install a new A/C unit, this company was the only one (out of many that I called) who were responsive, fast, on-time, called when they were on their way, and same day service! I would have been without A/C again. The crew was great, the technology and equipment was elite to move large units, and did a complete walk through of the install afterwards. I can't say enough about this local, licensed company. Although I was willing to pay almost anything to get A/C running, the price was fair and beat other quotes I got. You can't beat skilled tradesmen, with the right equipment, customer service and a fair price. Hard to beat!!

I had a leak in my foundation and a sewer line in the front yard that needed to be replaced badly. I called places and signature was the one that was able to come out and diagnose the issue. They sent David to fix the leak and Mark to diagnose. Both where vey professional and friendly. David went above and beyond to fix my leak and my line . He stayed extra late on both jobs and even did my concrete replacement for me. I would highly recommend signature (especially David)to anyone who needs plumbing done. They will be my go to from now on!

First Rate sales person came to my home assessed my old system and made a good recommendation for replacement and assisted in getting a rebate from city for upgrading my unit. Installation happened a week later and the technicians were professional, informative and left the place clean when complete.
