Expensive, but you get what you pay for with these guys. Joe was super professional and friendly; their automated service was good, and the calls to schedule went smoothly. Installation of a new faucet and garbage disposal went well with no real hitches, and Joe made sure that it worked right. I paid about 1.5x what I was expecting to pay, but the service was phenomenal and the work was excellent. Would recommend!

Our furnace gave out this morning. Called American AC and Heat. Cody came within the hour.and diagnosed our problem. We told him we had previous problem and he gave us an estimate on a new unit. We called around for other estimates and American AC and Heat was the best deal. So now we have a new furnace with an excellent warranty for a great price.! Thank you Cody!

I have an older home that had 70 year old heaters and a old swamp cooler. I had a new heater installed in the crawl space. Also I switched over to refrigerated air conditioning including installation of ductwork that didn't exist before. I'm very pleased with the results. My old house feels like the temperature is constant throughout the house. It's also less stuffy. They were very considerate concerning the inevitable mess that ended up in the house. Although it was very messy. I'm pleased overall.

Had a backed up Sewer line from the house to the street, it was a mess. Called them up on a friday afternoon, 30 minutes later they were running a snake through my sewer line and fixed the problem in no time flat.

The owner was very nice, and gave honest and frank answers to some questions I had.

I had a very good experience with Certified Plumbing considering it was 5:30pm on a friday.

Mike did a very nice job fixing my faucet. He left no mess for me to cleanup like others from different businesses have done. He is a very nice fellow and I will use them/him again

My wife and I have had a wobbly toilet for a while now, but only recently noticed a bit of water coming out from under the base. In addition to the toilet, it was time for us to winterize the swamp cooler - always a pain in the behind and I was pumped to find out that there was an opening in just a few days.

Rudy was on time, professional, and extremely patient while I tagged along and asked question after question. I'm not super handy, but I like to know what's going on. After winterizing our swamp cooler he came in and quickly explained the issue with our toilet, cleaned up, and fixed it. What would have taken my wife and I many weekends, he was able to do in naught half an hour.

On top of the swamp cooler and toilet, I asked how I might fix a leaking shower faucet. Again, in a blink of an eye, he had taken the shower head off, swapped the o-ring, and applied some plumbers tape - leak destroyed!

Pricing was more than reasonable and we will be using the RX services again!

We purchased a new water heater and we had TLC come and install it for us. The team that helped us was great, and we were able to get an appointment quickly. They did much better/cleaner work than what was installed when we purchased the home. 1yr warranty on everything they provided, manufacturer warranty on the water heater itself as we provided that. Would highly recommend TLC plumbing.
