Requested a tankless water heater maintenance flush. Appointment was rescheduled by dispatcher once with plenty of heads-up time, technician was an hour late on day of appointment and a valve was broken by the technician during the service. Parts were not in his truck so he had to leave for an hour or so to get a new valve. For those reasons we took off a star. However, Wagner did not charge for the valve breakage. All-in-all we were happy with the service.

I called them and told the whole situation.They drove to my house and it took two hours.They did their work honestly.They charged only for their work. I have very good experience with WMF and team. I highly recommend WMF for everyone.

The technician came out made a quote to fix water main leak. He quoted a charge of $588 to repair underground leak. This would seem appropriate if they had to dig it up. But it was already dug up exposing the leak and allowing easy access to the leak. It required just 4 foot section pex pipe and a two 3/4 shark bite connectors. This requires less than 15 minutes to fix. This again is charging higher than the work required. Beware of this. I reject their estimate and chose TLC to do the work.

Western Mechanical is a business that cares and it shows by the service and professionalism of there techs. We needed some service work to our AC and a diagnosis of why it was not working as well as it should have. We called about 4-6 other businesses before we got an answer. Strongbuilt was able to schedule me within 3 days of my initial call and even worked around my availability. Adam came out on time and fixed our refrigerated air unit pretty quick and even replaced our faulty thermostat. I would highly recommend!
