Water Mold Fire Restoration of Albuquerque came out and gave me a free, honest appraisal of how important mold remediation was in my home. They told me the truth -- that, in my case, it wasn't that important to do serious mold recovery. In other words, they were honest enough to not manipulate me with fear tactics about black mold. In another home, the guy in charge of installing evaporative cooler was honest, fair, and followed up to make sure everything worked well. Also, assisted with rebate. Great company!

CPHC did an OK job. They had to come back several times to fix pipes. Would have been easier if they would have just replaced the gasket instead of being cheap and replacing just the seal.

I interacted with Stephanie, the receptionist at Western Mechanical on several occasions to schedule an appointment. She was professional and very courteous. She kept me informed of any changes. She is the first person that a customer interacts with and if this is an indication of the company's reputation, I would highly recommend them. When Victor arrived to work on my boiler, he stated that my boiler needed a modification before he could provide the service I needed. After further discussion and the cost involved he informed me that winter was just about over and since I was putting a new system in. It was not worth it. Its nice to see honest HVAC personnel that do not try to provide services that are not needed. I will use Western Mechanical in the future for my HVAC needs

My contractor used them several years ago to install an AC unit for an addition onto my home. I called them for 2nd opinion when 2 other big name companies in town here both told me I needed to replace main A/C unit on roof, which was past warranty, to fix a particular problem #1 Plumbing installed wireless connector to fix problem and saved me thousands (also gave me a quote for new unit in event I wanted to replace unit though not necessary per #1, and their quote for same type of unit was way lower than other 2 businesses ) have been using them since 2020 to do seasonal checks of equip. Very honest, professional and on time

The technicians were very good at their jobs. Adam Arce, Alex and Anthony made the work look so easy. The installation took 2 days but that was already a known. Adam came back to install a dumb thermostat (hardwire vs bluetooth) and the plan came together. I highly recommend this company. Thank you for a job well done to the technicians... you all know your field well.
