I had an instant hot water heater go down recently, and I originally called the service company recommended by the manufacturer, and they told me they would get back to me with a time someone could come by. I never heard from them again, so I called Comfort Solutions to see if they could help with the problem. They sent a technician, Eugene, out to my house that afternoon, and he was able to diagnose the problem and get the necessary parts ordered for the repair. Eugene was professional and courteous with my wife when he arrived, and I was very pleased with his customer service in general.

It ended up taking a week to get my hot water heater up and running primarily because the parts took several days to arrive (to no fault of Comfort Solutions though), but once they did, Eugene had them installed in good time and charged me a very reasonable rate for the number of hours it took to complete the diagnostic and installation process. The repair has held for several months now without issue, and thus it was time to give Comfort Solutions a positive review. Thanks to Eugene in particular for getting the job done well and being straightforward and honest with me throughout the process.

I contacted B Carlson on behalf of my Landlord and spoke to Jeremy. He was very helpful and was able to get us worked into their very busy schedule the next day. Rafael came out within the scheduled time frame and quickly figured out what the problem was. He was so nice and respectful of our home and genuinely concerned about us having no heat. Sara and Kathy were so nice and helpful in trying to deal with my landlord and keeping me informed every step of the way. Unfortunately my landlord declined repairs because she thought is was too expensive. She called another company and it’s been 6 days now and after 3 visits a huge oil stain in my driveway from this other company I still don’t have heat! Don’t make the same mistake my landlord did, hire B. Carlson if you want top notch service and want your heater fixed quickly and efficiently!

After getting several quotes for a swamp cooler replacement I chose Central Plumbing as they had the best price and responsiveness. I was very happy with their prompt estimate, they were able to install the swamp cooler within a couple of days. Mark, Braden and their crew were very professional, thorough and knowledgable in their work. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

People BEWARE!!!! Affordable Service in your dreams..... Called and asked if I can get a quote, they told me over the phone quotes were free and can come by at 2:30 that day, next thing you know I was paying $180 just because my pipe came undone. The guy literally just screwed it back together. He didn't use any materials or tools. When he came out from underneath my home he tells me that the pipe just needed to be screwed back and that he just did it. He goes to his truck and hands me a ticket for $180, I tell him I just wanted a quote. He tells me that he fixed the problem and was demanding to get paid. Needless to say I paid the guy but I will make sure my family and friend never use them. I will NOT recommend this company to anyone, a bunch of thief's.

Gerald and his team are great. After having multiple plumbers out to try and fix my tankless water heater, and being met with delays and inflated quotes, MGP came out promptly and fixed the issue that same day.

I'm very grateful to have found these guys. I've since used them a few other times for other plumbing & HVAC jobs. They always show up on time and have the expertise to fix problems cleanly and quickly.

My washer standpipe was backing up, the technician James fixed it, tested it, and now it’s draining better than ever before (seriously). He also took the time to explain how to prevent this issue in future. Would definitely contact Wagner for plumbing issues in the future

RMS was referred to us by Alvarado Roofing after we had trouble with our a/c several months after a new roof installation. Fabian and Samuel came out the same day and fixed our a/c - Alvarado Roofing took care of the bill. RMS was reasonably priced and we could have paid the bill without going completely broke. Both Fabian and Samuel were prompt, professional, speedy and very friendly. I felt comfortable with them coming in and out of my home, and I am extremly satisfied with their work and thankful they gave us recommendations for annual upkeep!!! Thank you so much!

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

They converted my house to refrigerated air. They were quick and friendly. Had issues this past summer during the rain storms, called and left a VM, never received a call back

This company was contracted through a warranty service. There was three separate interactions, and all three of them resulted in a waste of time. For example, the first time they were supposed to come out in the a.m., however, they showed up at 3:30 in the afternoon. The next time they were supposed to come out, they ended up calling me at the very last minute of the window to tell me they didn’t have the right parts. This last time they were supposed to show up in the a.m., but they showed up in the p.m. again, and to make matters worse when I open up my garage to coordinate their repairs when I went into the garage, I caught them working without them telling me. they claim they tried to call me to tell me they were running late and they also claimed they knocked on the door however, both don’t match up with my experience. Long story short they did a good job but they’re terrible at communicating.

Last week my AC stopped blowing cold air, so I called an HVAC company to get it fixed. I won’t name the company, but it starts with a D. The technician arrived and went up on my roof to inspect the combo unit. A few minutes later, he came to my door and told me I had a leak in my system and went on to give me a quote of $2300, just to find the leak.....by the end of our conversation, I was being scheduled with a salesman to discuss a new unit. I’m “oh great, here goes $8K-$10K.Since, I was looking at a huge investment, I thought I should spend another $120 and get a second opinion. That’s when I called ABQ Plumbing and Heating. That same day, Shane (technician) arrived and inspected my unit. It took him 5 minutes and returned to my door to tell my the seal around my schrader-valve had rotted and it was very obvious where the coolant had leaked out. He replaced the valve and added coolant, and was done in about 15 minutes it seems. The biggest part of the bill was the amount for the coolant. $450 and My AC is nice and cold again!Yesterday I woke up to an awful smell coming from my shower, smelled like sewer has to me. So I ran to the store and bought some drain cleaner, used it, ran all of my water to see if I could get anything to back up, but everything was flowing. So now I’m thinking I have a break in my line and the gas is coming up through the floor in my bathroom somehow. So I called ABQ Plumbing and Heating, and scheduled them to come out and run a camera through my line, for a flat rate of $225, (it would’ve only been $175 but I wanted a copy of the video).This morning Greg and Lain arrived at my house and began investigating. They then told me they didn’t think I would benefit by running the camera. Instead, the called Marcus, the guy who could fit through my very tight crawl space! Marcus went through and physically inspected and photographed my sewer line. There were no leaks and we’re not sure why the smell was soo bad. I’m cleaning and bleaching my traps, and hope it doesn’t happen again.Instead of just coming out and performing the work I had scheduled, and charging me. These guys changed it up got creative, and in the end saved me money once again! They’re professional and honest. After my two experiences with them, I am a loyal customer and will recommend them to everyone.
