an employee came to see what I needed telling me exactly what he was going to do to install an outside faucet the next day I got an email with the cost of the project I agreed to that and he was out within just the next day or two I'm very happy with the service I thought the employee was excellent both in the way he represented the company as well as what he was going to do for me

My wall furnace pilot would not stay lit. Many told me it was the thermalcouple. I bought one. It did not work. So I call the professionals at Comfort Solutions. I was charged $250 to diagnose it that it was the gas valve. The technician told me it would be $250 for the part and another $250 for the labor, for a total of $750 plus tax, would end up about $800. I said no thanks.
Finally a technician charge me $50 to tell me that since the pilot lights up, but but does not stay lit after the first session, he said it was the temperature control.

We had some difficulty installing a tricky thermostat that integrated with our security system. After a first round with a team from MGP Mechanical who were unable to get our thermostat functioning, Gerald Peralta, the owner of the company, personally came out to our house and managed to install our thermostat. Despite the weather being incredibly hot out, and MGP Mechanical being extremely busy, Gerald and his team made us their priority. Mila kept in touch to let me know when to expect our install. Called Rick for a Refrigerated air conversion. Free quote. I had a tentative install for March but rescheduled on the fly for a few days out in Feb. Got a complete new system installed, quick, friendly and hauled off my old swamp cooler. All work also completed with inspections by the city. Local company and they did a great job. Addressed any questions I had during install as well.

If I could rate a zero, I would. The man they sent said my motor needs to be replaced. I presented him with two motors, one that I bought that day (to save time and money), and one that a friend had given me (he never used it). The man told me neither will fit, and he'll have to come back tomorrow with one that does.

The next morning this guy calls and says that they'll have to order me a new motor, because one isn't available in stock, or in stores here around town. It will take about a week for the motor to arrive and will cost me three hundred and some dollars (labor not included). I knew I was being played with at that point. I told him forget it, I'll find a motor on my own and someone to replace it.

I got brave and learned how to replace the motor on my own. Turns out the motor I purchased from Home Depot (for about $75) did fit, contrary to what Four Star Mechanical told me. I wrote them a letter to vent my frustration, and sent it by mail with the check for payment for what was a wasted hour of their time. Two weeks after the check was cashed, I still have yet to hear back from them.

I highly discourage anyone from doing business with them.

I have been using Albuquerque Plumbing for years. Great customer service, friendly staff and knowledgeable technicians. I absolutely trust them with my home and will continue to use them in the future.
