Our tankless water heater/baseboard system failed and could not be repaired. I spoke with Mike Ford of Albuquerque Plumbing, and he came by my location within a few hours and took the specifications and said, We can start on this project Monday. Wow that was three days from now. Fantastic response. On Monday the technician Aarron Smith and his assistant arrived with the new system and began working to replace the system. He was excellent and took the time to answer all my questions. I had questions during the entire installation process and after he was done took the time to explain how the system worked even down to the process needed to change the filter. What a fantastic group of people took work with.
