They came out to give me an estimate for repairs. They never sent me a quote. And I called them back 3 times to get the quote. They said the first couple of times they would call me back. And still to this day 2 1/2 weeks later, haven't heard back from them. My repairs were done by a reliable plumber. I would not recommend this company to Anyone, as they are not responsible...

2. VERY INFORMATIVE WAS NEVER A HIDDEN COST.. I WAS DOING YARD MAINTENANCE AND NICKED MY COOPER TUBING WHICH CAUSED UNIT TO LOSE ALL FREEON...
3. VERY VERY REASONABLE, JASON WILL WORK WITH YOU... AMAZING TOO KNOW THERE ARE STILL REAL PEOPLE OUT THERE...
4. OFFICE STAFF CAME OUT- WAS WELCOMED WITH A SMILE, WENT AROUND 5PM, SAW A FEW EMPLOYEES, THEY WERE VERY PLEASENT... I WOULD GIVE THIS BUSSINESS MORE THAN A 5 STAR UNABLE BECAUSE OF CHOICES...

Set up an appointment for an annual A/C tune-up and Dario came out and checked our unit. Checked pressures and determined there might be a problem due to some noise coming from the compressor. Made arrangements to get us on repair list. Dario will report his finding to the office. Thank you Dario and BCarlson.

MGP Mechanical did a great job looking at my tankless hot water heater. They changed a few settings on the unit and ensured me that the unit was working properly. Gerald even took the time to contact the water heater manufacturer to make sure the unit was registered under their warranty program with the correct homeowner information. MGP Mechanical conducts business with a high level of integrity. I highly recommend this company.

Abysmal service and poor quality! Had them look at AC/furnace system and the tech recommended a service plan. This plan provides for two visits per year, winter and summer. Took almost the whole winter to actually get a winter service call scheduled. After many calls, no-shows, and rescheduling, finally got someone to show up which then, it was explained that no services are actually included in the service contract, such as a simple cleaning of coils, etc. All those are extra, were not able to be completed at the time of the visit, and terribly expensive. Then, I called for a summer service upon which I was told that the original call I had made last summer was the summer service call under the plan. They then tried to sell me another service plan which is laughable at best and insulting to be sure. None of these specifics were explained by the tech at the time of when I agreed to the service contract. Do yourself a favor, unless you like bait-and-switch, take your business elsewhere!

I have used RMS Services on two homes now and have been extremely satisfied both times. Scott gave us written estimates, started on time and stuck to the budget that was outlined. I would highly recommend his services.

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

I could've been happier with the service I received. Rick and Dave were very friendly and incredibly professional, providing honest feedback and service throughout my furnace and AC install, and again during a plumbing catastrophe. I give Custom-Air my highest recommendation!
