We've had Mark and Braden work on several of our rental houses, including preparation for sale. They rebuilt the ducting for an evaporative cooler (swamp cooler); replaced a swamp cooler; winterized and summerized swamp coolers; serviced a wall-mounted furnace and thermostat; cleared out drains; and reworked some vintage plumbing on a kitchen sink and clothes washer. They've always done a good job and we've been happy with their work, so we've become regular customers.

James was very attentive, explained what we needed he did a GREAT JOB looks very, very nice! James and the office staff were pleasant put us at ease!

Our heater went out over night so i called Wagner to see if i could get someone out the next day. They were very responsive and showed up the next morning!. Thank you so much for being attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend their services.

RMS was recommended by my roofer and I saw that they have wonderful reviews here, so I felt very confident in having chosen the best HVAC company for the job, which was a swamp cooler relocation with new ducting. RMS techs showed up on the pre-arranged date and completed the work on time.
When I went to inspect the swamp cooler, I noticed it was scratched on top and I shared my observation with RMS whereupon Scott came out to repaint the lid of the swamp cooler. I was happy that they followed up and fixed the issue.
When a severe rain storm hit, both ducts that had been installed by RMS started leaking and I had to put buckets under the ducts in both bedrooms. I called RMS and they promised to send someone by to inspect the ducts. Unfortunately, I never saw anybody coming by to reinspect their work. I sealed the ducts myself, but one of them still leaks. I am disappointed with their work; hence only 2 stars.

Air one is wonderful. Their staff is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. The project went very smooth and we love our new air conditioner and water heater. They converted my house to refrigerated air. They were quick and friendly. Had issues this past summer during the rain storms, called and left a VM, never received a call back

The AC in our new home started to struggle after I installed a new filter. The team at ABQ Plumbing identified the issue and fixed the air flow. Our AC system is a bit older but running like new now that we had professional service from knowledgeable technicians.

The gold standard for service. I have used JP and his team of professionals for extensive work from new construction to repairs and retrofit of existing systems. When a critical repair had to be made at my facility, JP was my first and last call.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
