Best Air Conditioning Systems in Albuquerque NM

My wall furnace pilot would not stay lit. Many told me it was the thermalcouple. I bought one. It did not work. So I call the professionals at Comfort Solutions. I was charged $250 to diagnose it that it was the gas valve. The technician told me it would be $250 for the part and another $250 for the labor, for a total of $750 plus tax, would end up about $800. I said no thanks.
Finally a technician charge me $50 to tell me that since the pilot lights up, but but does not stay lit after the first session, he said it was the temperature control.

Company responded quickly to our request. Technician arrived at the scheduled time, immediately identified and corrected our problem then with my permission recharged the system and verified its correct operation. Andres was thoroughly professional, helpful and open to questions. His explanations were thorough and understandable, he used no jargon that some folks use when answering customer's questions. I was also impressed with the condition of his vehicle. A workman's vehicle tells me a lot about the type of workman I am dealing with. Congratulations for a well run and well staffed company. Your company was positive and responsive to our needs, from the ladies in the office to the field technician. I will be pleased to recommend your company to anyone who asks for a recommendation.

From the beginning the people at Wagner were very polite and professional. They showed up on time both for the quote inspection and water tank install. Jack and James were outstanding!

They were not nice, condescending and 600 + dollars more than all the other plumbers I called for the job. From the word hello, you could talk they didn't care whether I did business with them. Since they were the first call and not knowing if this was as good as it gets in town, I remained kind. Fortunately it wasn't. I contacted 7 other companies and none of them were even close to cost and none were rude. Busy, but not rude.

After getting several bids on replacing our old propane furnace Custom-Air beat them all easily. Rick and Dave are absolute Pro's with meticulous work and excellent products. They were punctual and it was a pleasure to work with them with their positive attitudes and clearly knowledgeable work. They work extremely well as a team, made sure everything worked correctly, and cleaned up before leaving! Simply the best. Our new Heil Furnace/Ac setup works great right out of the box and is incredibly more efficient. Highly recommended!

Our new system worked flawlessly all summer! First cool fall day today in the East Mountains and switched over to heat which worked perfectly. Thanks Custom-Air for a job well done!

We found JP Plumbery because they were hired by our general contractor to do our HVAC work during our home renovation several years ago. We were very impressed with their work and their knowledge during the renovation, due to the fact that we live in an older Nob Hill area home and our HVAC system had been tricky and temperamental in the past. They are the only HVAC company that has had success with our system and has had workable solutions, and we will not let anyone but JP Plumbery touch it now!

No1 came at night and solved my problem and no charge.

We had refrigerated air and new heating installed for our home. A year later, everything is still working as it should and we even thought we had an issue because of a gas-like smell in our house. Mike came out and checked it out right away and found everything was working as it should. Great to have customer service like this! I would highly recommend them.

I wish there was a negative 5 stars!!!!!! What a unreliable person Stephan Williams is!!!! He has no business running a business!! Beware of this shady guy! We decided to give him some business and he either showed up 5 hours late or not at all. Then after days of trying to contact him to get they keys back to our tenants properties he never returned phone calls nor returned the keys! DO NOT USE THIS SHADY COMPANY!!

We have used E & M on several occasions. When our water heater went out the work was done swiftly so we weren't inconvienced by being out of hot water. We found the repair expense very affordable! We will continue to recommend E & M to our friends and family!

My heater was broken in 25 degree temperatures. Courtesy was able to squeeze us in the same day. Cheyenne was courteous and efficient. Ron was knowledgeable and successful in one visit. I felt like I got an honest deal from an honest technician. It seems the management fosters a great culture where the employees feel like it is really all about the customers!

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
