Best Air Conditioning Maintenance And Repair in Albuquerque NM

I have used Comfort Solutions a number of times since 2013. They installed a mini-split heating and cooling system at my business. They have been back to perform regular maintenance and repair of regular wear items on the system. Most recently I had them out to fix problems, on both the mini-split system as well as (2) traditional HVAC systems, caused by another mechanical contractor who was brought out by a roofing contractor. The tech who has come out most frequently, Eugene, is professional, knowledgeable, and honest. My experiences with the company and owner have left me with the same impression. This company is trustworthy and they will get the job done right. I hold their work in the highest regard and would not hesitate to recommend Comfort Solutions of New Mexico to any of my family, friends, and colleagues.

Carlson Tech’s are always extremely prepared to answers any questions I have about the call. The Techs are extremely customer oriented and that is so important. Pete was the Tech today. A extremely nice person. I am happy with Carlson and never concerned about their work ethics.

Called Central plumbing about a slab leak and owner Mark came within two days to jackhammer, repair, refill and concrete within 4 hours for a 1/3 of the price!! Very pleased will call again and again. Thanks Mark

Tony and Kevin R. arrived early within the appointment window. I recieved a call prior to their arrival. Tony provided me with an estimate within minutes. It was over 5K less than an estimate I was given by a competitor less than a week ago. The issue was a leaky pipe above my water heater, not the pipes, water heater and regulator of my previous quote. Tony and Kevin R. installed quality brass pipes and fittings. They also made sure the expander was installed correctly, previously it was not. All was completed within an hour and a half. Thank you for fast, friendly and honest service!

Excellent service to repair heating system.

Just moved into my new home yesterday.Heater stopped working that evening.Would run intermittently but only for a couple minutes at a time.Wagner got a tech to me within a few hours.Repairs were made and system was running within two hours.Thanks Andrew. Job well done.

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

They converted my house to refrigerated air. They were quick and friendly. Had issues this past summer during the rain storms, called and left a VM, never received a call back

I was referred by a friend that JP Plumbery was honest and upfront as to the issue at hand and was Very Impressed with not only Tech, that arrived on time, but the way he presented himself in a professional manner, He was thorough and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and went to it.
On top of that, it did not cost me an arm and a leg for the visit.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
