Best Air Conditioning Maintenance in Albuquerque NM

I had an instant hot water heater go down recently, and I originally called the service company recommended by the manufacturer, and they told me they would get back to me with a time someone could come by. I never heard from them again, so I called Comfort Solutions to see if they could help with the problem. They sent a technician, Eugene, out to my house that afternoon, and he was able to diagnose the problem and get the necessary parts ordered for the repair. Eugene was professional and courteous with my wife when he arrived, and I was very pleased with his customer service in general.

It ended up taking a week to get my hot water heater up and running primarily because the parts took several days to arrive (to no fault of Comfort Solutions though), but once they did, Eugene had them installed in good time and charged me a very reasonable rate for the number of hours it took to complete the diagnostic and installation process. The repair has held for several months now without issue, and thus it was time to give Comfort Solutions a positive review. Thanks to Eugene in particular for getting the job done well and being straightforward and honest with me throughout the process.

All categories mentioned are surely true. I haven't had a service call that I enjoyed as todays. I felt trusting not skeptical . I'd been scheduled a 2 hr. window and to my delight the fellas showed up on the front end of that 2 hr. window and called ahead. My worries as a senior citizen were all for nothing. I was in good hands with Central Plumbing Heating and Cooling.

Thomas from Affordable Service was kind, patient and knowledgeable about our HVAC system. We just moved into our home to find out the AC wasn't working properly. Thomas was able quickly diagnosis the (multiple) issues and clearly explained them to me. MGP Mechanical is an absolute blessing. A very professional and high integrity business. My experience started with Mila Kirwin, who was very empathetic to the fact that I had been without hot water for some time and was getting me to the top of the appointment schedule. Then, I met with Gerald Peralta who came to troubleshoot my hot water heater’s issue. He called the manufacturer and due to his diligence, he found out that the unit was covered by warranty. He followed up with the manufacturer and got a newer replacement unit for my family. He called me to let me know that I would be receiving a new unit and the only thing I would have to pay for was the installation (not covered by warranty). He also scheduled me for an early appointment the next day to have it installed. The technicians that installed my unit were Gustavo Diaz and his apprentice Ken (didn’t get his last name) were equally professional and cared about my customer experience. I truly appreciated the text notification when the technician was enroute to my house. MGP Mechanical has earned my deepest appreciation and any and all referrals I can send their way.

I submitted an online request Sunday afternoon, and Wagner called at 815am Monday to schedule a same-day appointment. Their communication is second to none! They kept me updated throughout the morning via text and phone calls on what time I could expect the plumbers.Barney and Reece were excellent. They took care of my plumbing issue (we couldn't get the water supply hose off the toilet and broke the fill valve in the process) professionally and efficiently, and went above and beyond by ensuring everything else was in the best possible shape it could be (toilet seat installed, tank attached tightly, etc.). They also took some extra time to get me a quote on a kitchen sink installation and answered all my questions about it. I can't recommend them enough.

Air one is wonderful. Their staff is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. The project went very smooth and we love our new air conditioner and water heater. Reading these reviews is like reading about 2 different companies. I am not a family member of Julian or any of his crew. All I can say is that he and they have always been on time, been professional and pleasant and have done the job quickly and well. We converted from evaporative to refrigerated air and added a mini-split in one room that couldn’t be ducted. The proof is in the results. I will hire Julian and JC&E whenever I have a job in their wheelhouse.

My AC stopped working today. called and kurston kramer was the tech assigned. got my ac running until he can get back out to complete repairs early next week. Very professional. he will be the one i request for any further maintenance.

American AC & Heat is run by a talented fellow called Cody. I started using Cody's services few months ago. He has so far been very reliable, even attending calls over the weekend and nights. Cody's pricing has been reasonable. What I do appreciate the most about Cody is his humility and an attitude of never giving up. Cody has earned my highest recommendation for his services.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
