Honest and 10x better than TLC...

We're new to B. Carlson, and new to the service agreement. Pete was incredibly thorough and professional in inspecting our evaporative cooler and furnace, and winterizing our home. I also appreciate Kris proactively calling to schedule the appointment a few weeks ago (one less thing on my to-do list), and then calling again to confirm the appointment as the date approached. They, like the rest of the staff we've interacted with, seem to care a lot about their customers and the quality of their work.

The online estimate was very convenient and efficient. Fast response time. I love my new sink and faucets! Great job guys:)

Tony is a great technician who is very knowledgeable and very professional. He has been my technician for a couple of years and he always does a fantastic job. I never worry as I know Tony will take care of the issue.

We received a message that Eric was on his way to install a dryer vent through our roof. He was on time, professional and personable. He got to work immediately and had all tools and supplies necessary for the job. He finished in a timely manor and cleaned up after himself. He did a great job & everything looks good! The quote given is the price charged, which was extremely reasonable!! We are very happy with MGP Mechanical and will definitely use them again in the future!!!

After replacing a dishwasher that wouldn't drain, my new one had the same problem, making it clear it was an issue with the lines and not the machine. Wagner got someone out the same day I called. He knew immediately what the issue was and was able to fix it in less than five minutes. Excellent work and an excellent company.

Really great customer service when helping you decide on a slab at their lot.

The plumber was more set on speed and machismo I'm the man, this is why it got fixed. First of all, I am the man in this house. Second of all, you told me my hot/cold water lines were crossed somewhere in the house and this is why when you turned the cold water on, hot water came out. Never an issue. Well had he looked at the area where he was working, indeed, the supply lines were touching. I took care of that! Third. Had he stayed longer that 15 minutes, maybe he would have seen the faucet leak and helped diagnosis what could be wrong, even thought Donner PH didn't buy the sink. Well this would involve another service call and fee! This is purely bad business.

After getting several bids on replacing our old propane furnace Custom-Air beat them all easily. Rick and Dave are absolute Pro's with meticulous work and excellent products. They were punctual and it was a pleasure to work with them with their positive attitudes and clearly knowledgeable work. They work extremely well as a team, made sure everything worked correctly, and cleaned up before leaving! Simply the best. Our new Heil Furnace/Ac setup works great right out of the box and is incredibly more efficient. Highly recommended!

Our new system worked flawlessly all summer! First cool fall day today in the East Mountains and switched over to heat which worked perfectly. Thanks Custom-Air for a job well done!

JC&E is not customer focused, does not take pride in their work, and simply took our money while leaving us with equipment that does not work properly. We had JC&E install a condenser and 3 mini splits in our home. About 1 week after they installed it, the mini splits stopped blowing cool air. They were not responsive in our calls to come fix it, but eventually they came and added more freon but didn't think to check for a freon leak. They also decided that it was a good idea to have the drip lines from 2 of the mini splits just hang over our neighbors roof instead of re-routing them down the side of our unit. Our neighbor complained to our HOA about this, and we asked JC&E to come out and fix it. They asked if they could come back in the spring since the weather was cooling down and we wouldn't need to use the mini splits for cooling. A weird request, but we said that we would wait. When spring came we tried to contact them to come fix the drip lines and the fact that the units weren't blowing cool air again. They never responded to us. Eventually we just had to hire another company to come fix all of JC&E's mistakes and lazy work. JC&E left us with freon leaks, the wrong sized condenser, and improperly routed drip lines that all had to be fixed by someone else because JC&E refused to do the job right and provide basic customer service.

Courteous, friendly, professional and prompt. This is the 2nd time we have used this company. The first was a number of years ago for a plumbing issue. We would definitely use them again!

Showed up same day, even though I called at 4PM. Found, fixed the leak, and charged my air conditioning system in less than an hour.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
