Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

Julian and his team are amazing!!! I got hvac through this company and they have been incredible! Julian is fast responding and helps me with any questions I have. This company is great and very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend!!!!

My mother is in her upper 60’s and it is becoming increasingly more difficult to find companies that will not try to rob her blind for house work etc.. The technicians were very courteous and professional and were able to snake most of the clogs we had during the “first round” of service. There was a toilet upstairs that was not resolving unfortunately.

The scheduler / person on the phone (I believe whose name was Evelyn) was rude and not transparent with what she deemed as “separate” vs “same” jobs. We were charged twice for something that should have been added to the first service. Very unclear, unprofessional and rude to deal with. Next time we will take our business elsewhere.

We had a gas leak and our Water heater was not up to code and leaked. Albuquerque plumbing and heating responded immediately to my call.The service technician was very Attentive to our needs and was able to install a new water heater and upgrade all the pipes to code. He also repaired our furnace as well.I would not hesitate to call them again and would suggest if you need help in the future, these are the people to contact.

When you want the job done right and professionally - the first time.

We had refrigerated air and new heating installed for our home. A year later, everything is still working as it should and we even thought we had an issue because of a gas-like smell in our house. Mike came out and checked it out right away and found everything was working as it should. Great to have customer service like this! I would highly recommend them.

What a great company! From the telephone experiences, reminder calls, on time arrival, professional service & repairs, reasonable pricing and spotless cleanup! All 3 of my service calls were to estimate, repair and replace all the leaky fixtures in my home. Anthony was the tech each time and did a perfect job. Excellent honest service!! I can not say how excellent the service I received. Ramon Alderrtte performed a video rocording for my sewer and was prompt and provided the utmost customer service!!!! Also Shane came out to my property to provide a quote on a new water meter install and also provided excellent customer service!! I highly recommend Sunshine Plumbing because they are honest, affordable and most of all provide superior customer service!!!!

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
