ANSWERED MY CALL WITHOUT HESITATION....
2. VERY INFORMATIVE WAS NEVER A HIDDEN COST.. I WAS DOING YARD MAINTENANCE AND NICKED MY COOPER TUBING WHICH CAUSED UNIT TO LOSE ALL FREEON...
3. VERY VERY REASONABLE, JASON WILL WORK WITH YOU... AMAZING TOO KNOW THERE ARE STILL REAL PEOPLE OUT THERE...
4. OFFICE STAFF CAME OUT- WAS WELCOMED WITH A SMILE, WENT AROUND 5PM, SAW A FEW EMPLOYEES, THEY WERE VERY PLEASENT... I WOULD GIVE THIS BUSSINESS MORE THAN A 5 STAR UNABLE BECAUSE OF CHOICES...

Customer service was excellent. However technician did not give us any choice on hot water heater. We asked for 40 gal and he installed 50 gallon. He did not ask if this is what we wanted. He was on the phone the entire installation 6 hours. He left our water running for 3 hours and we are on a well costing us electricity. He said he forgot it was on. Next morning gas smell was very strong in our garage. We called and they sent out another tech who had to fix all of the fittings. We are on propane so wasted gas for hours. We are on a very tight budget due to COVID lay-off earlier in the summer so all extra expenses are very hard. I feel like he took advantage of us by not giving us any choices in price. However I really appreciate the office for getting us taken care of so quickly.

Well I’m surprised so many bad reviews for this company.A+ from me.. Total communication from the very beginning, appt, tech who will be coming to my house, etc. I read reviews they were 7 years old so I thought I will try.Tech showed up, he called if ok to show up early, of course. When Reyes arrived he had to hear all my concerns. I let him know I was very picky and I like things done correctly and quality and I’m poor.Reyes was very professional he is confident in knowing his job. I hope I didn’t make him uncomfortable. It’s just so scary dealing with strangers, contractors, but Reyes knew his job and put me at ease. I was so glad they sent Reyes. I was really comfortable with him hooking up AC (I just purchased last year) he knew exactly what to do, no mess anywhere, took photos of everything on roof for me so I could see. So appreciate that.I say excellent job. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I need a company like Albuquerque Plumbing Heating and Cooling. A company I can trust to go to for plumbing and mechanical because I do have a few things I need done. Thank you All for your professionalism all the way through.Happy customer.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
