I reached out to Sal via text when my furnace started acting up and he responded to me immediately offering to come out first thing in the morning. He showed up exactly when he said he would be there and he took a look at our furnace and determined that the problem was most likely a faulty control board. Rather than repair a 23 year old furnace we decided to have Sal install a new high efficiency replacement along with a matching AC unit. We live in a Tri-Level house and the location of the furnace is in a really tight spot so this was not an easy installation. Sal spent most of his time crouched over, on his back or knees working in my crawl space for the installation and never complained one bit about the conditions which I know I would have.
The installation went as smooth as a customer could ask for and within no time we had a brand new system up and running. Sal was really informative and explained everything to us along the way. His attention to detail and pride in his trade are apparent when you look at the final product. The duct work and gas lines that Sal installed are lined up perfectly and his wiring, conduit and vent pipes look like artwork. It is a shame that this is in the basement and not on full display.
Sal is a true professional and master of his trade. We couldn't be happier with everything he provided us and I highly recommend Sal to anyone looking for Plumbing and Heating services.

called AM, visited PM, diagnosed problem which i already knew. (heat exchanger water supply inside unit burst in a 12 year old tankless system). They replaced next day. Mike and Tyler were efficient and did good work removing and reinstalling new unit.

They installed a new Pfizer faucet after exactly 2 years. It is is loose and I requested repair. I was told because I provided the faucet, they were not responsible and when I objected (we have been loyal customers) he hung up on me. Incredibly rude.

We needed our clay-tile sewer lateral replaced due to a broken trap and extensive, recurring root intrusion, and we solicited several estimates for the work. Our 114-year-old village of Williamsville home has a somewhat unusual plumbing setup due to its age and several additions, and Jeffrey Plumbing was the most considerate and thorough in terms of listening to our concerns and questions, exploring the system with CCTV before giving an estimate, and observing/recommending other repairs that could be done while our lateral was being replaced to avoid future jack-hammering or excavation in the basement and yard. His price was competitive and he communicated well in the lead-up to the project and all throughout. We ended up with a new PVC lateral with PVC lining all the way to the sewer main, new copper incoming water service, a sump pit/pump/bubbler system, and groundwater drainage via perforated pipe in the floor along one wall of the basement with future expansion compatibility.
