Best Water Boiler Installation in Buffalo NY

I contacted Mr Sal Alaimo to give me an estimate on a particular service, but we opted to replace my water heater. Sal is VERY professional, very informative, and explains things in detail. The day before I saw another issue, I sent pictures and Sal explained what was happening and offered to repair my toilet as well, for a small additional fee. Sal arrived on time, with all his equipment, repaired toilet and installed my new water heater. I am EXTREMELY pleased with his work. Before leaving he even checked on my Mom, I thought that was nice. I will be contacting Mr Sal for all/any of my plumbing/ heating needs.

Our serviceman, Kyle Eastman, was upbeat even though it was Christmas eve day. He diagnosed and confirmed our clogged sewer line quickly and fixed the problem. Will definitely use Cellino Plumbing in the future if needed.

Had them come out to fix my basement sink leak and clog. They replaced a pipe that was needed at a very fair price. Mike was super nice and informative. We will definitely be using their services for any of our needs in the future and will be recommending them to all our friends and family.

My furnace was running moments before the technician arrived to clean and tune it. This is the 2nd co. I used for this free service with HEAP. It is also the 2nd time I was lied to about my furnace needing expensive service. The Keiffer tech told me he couldn't even clean a nd tune it because the mother board was bad. After my first experience I became very suspicious I was being fed malarkey again! I made it understood I was being lied to and he left. The furnace worked just fine as he was pulling out of the driveway! I called the co. who installed it....they agreed 100% the tech ws trying to scam me! They also said no co. can come to do a clean and tune for $100 and make any money. Its a valuable service but is used to rip unsuspecting homeowners off. I am out of work and living on next to nothing. I am a senior with disabilities and do not appreciate being upset for no good reason! Nice going Keiffer! You wont get any future business from me!
