Not a great experience. My tub handle was leaking. The person who came out said he had never seen one like that before. It was a Kohler. He told me that he would have to charge me by the hour while he drove around the city (Home Depot, Pennys?) to look for the part. I find this to be ridiculous. I called them because they are plumbers and I am not. They simply could not fix the problem. They are a hardware store. They should be able to get the part or know where to get it if they don't have it. I don't mind if they come back another time, but that was not an option. I told them Seneca Plumbing sells Kohler, but I was told We don't have an account there. I'm thinking to myself so what? Pay cash, go online, whatever. I was left to deal with the situation myself.
They also completely ignored another problem I had mentioned.
The solution they gave me for a slow flushing toilet was CLR which I knew did not work because I have already tried it. Also the slow draining tub they fixed drains slow a day later. Last, he said he may have to get on the roof to check the air supply for the plumbing but could not do it today as he had two other calls to get to, which means even if I did take him up on his offer to charge me to drive to Home Depo to look for the part, he could not have done it anyway. Feel like I paid $170 bucks for nothing.

I contacted Western new York plumbing, I needed my toilet sealed, and had a water back up sump pump put in. I had the pleasure of dealing with Patrick. He was very friendly courteous and did meticulous work. Thank you western New York plumbing!

Quote for job to be done was EXTREMELY high compared to other quotes received from a variety of plumbing companies. Me personally I would not go with Musso Plumbing as they seemed to be too over aggressive to get the job.

When our water heater went out, I left a message on their website and had a new one installed the next day. I've called T-Mark for various jobs over the last few years and they've always done quality work.

If I could give more stars I would. These men are exceptional and go above and beyond. I needed my furnace replaced ASAP. When calling to schedule I was told next day. After expressing that I’ve had problems with pipes freezing even when I have heat in my home, I quickly received a call back and someone was at my home in less than 20 minutes. They promised me my pipes would not freeze and I would have heat tonight. Despite complications beyond their control ( problems due to my furnace placement, access to my crawl space where furnace is, and pre existing unknown electrical issues) these guys were beyond professional and didn’t give up until the job was done. They worked from around 2 til after midnight to ensure we had heat. When the electrical problems arose they called an off duty team member who came to my house at 1130 pm to find the issue! I am so impressed by the determination and professionalism of this company. Thank you, Andy, Chris, Paul, Jake, Troy, Tyler and the gentleman who had to leave earlier who’s name I did not get. I will Refer to everyone & definitely know who to call for any other jobs. Thanks again guys!! Amazing job!

I've used Zirpoli plumbing when I gutted my house. They took out the old galvanized steel waterlines, ran new waterlines and drains. That was a couple years ago but I've had them periodically come in when I need work done(twice this year). Very satisfied with the work and the pricing. Would recommend.
