Best Sewer Cleaning in Buffalo NY

I highly recommend Alaimo Plumbing and Heating. Sal came by to clear two plugged drains. He returned in the Fall for routine sewer maintenance. Sal is responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and neat. He explains everything and is happy to answer any questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again for any plumbing or heating concerns.

Installer gave a big line about honest work and business ethics. Till he wrote out the bill the price for changing a bathroom faucet my wife and I were shocked. Never again!!! No, it was not the owner he from what I hear is honest.

This company Hertel Hardware Plumbing Company Inc. stinks, as an ex customer of theirs, I would not recommend them to anyone. The Lady that answered the phone argued with me and raised her voice. I think it was Kelly. Cindy was just as bad. Either way I hired the company to connect my exterior drainage to the city storm sewer. That was on 11/9/14. They said the work would begin on 11/11. They never showed up and called me around noon to tell me they were coming. I had taken off of work that day and the next to make sure the work got done and done right. The next day, 11/12 three guys showed up and started digging for four hours. They got most of it all dug up and then around 2pm the inspector came to shut them down due to not having a permit. When I called the office, Cindy didn't have the permit nor was it filed with the city (until 11/17). The guys didn't put up anything around the concrete sidewalk slab that they busted up and I had to cover it with plywood and pray nobody hurt themselves. Then came back on 11/17 to connect the pipe to the storm sewer and it took 3 guys (2 standing around doing nothing) and the third to connect the pipe to the sewer for 3 hours until the plumbing inspector came. Today one guy came back to lay the sidewalk slab and fill in the ditch for 4 hours. During which I called the office, spoke with the owner as I was upset it took this long and asked why he did work without a permit and he said he never does, but when I went to get the permit, it was dated 11/17 with his signature. So he did work without a permit, blatantly lied to me and is just plain bad business. The guys that did work, when they worked, did work hard. Hertel Hardware & Plumbing Company Inc. review. It took a total of two whole weeks to do a job that should've been done in a day.

WNY Plumbing did our basement bathroom plumbing when finishing our basement. They did quality work and were very professional. Their installation was neat and they cleaned up after their job was finished. I would highly recommend WNY Plumbing to anyone in need of a reliable, quality plumber!

We were having a bathroom vanity top installed. The countertop vendor told us they didn't do the plumbing part. I made 2 appointments with Ed Young's. The first visit was to install shut off valves and remove the old faucet and sink. The 2nd appointment was to install the new faucet. In both times, they showed up exactly on time and did everything right the first time.
I will use them again. I highly recommend them.

Rick came over on for an emergency on Halloween night when no other plumbers would come to replace my failed sump pump.
