Couldn't be happier with out new tankless water heater. Sal came and gave us an estimate within a day of our call and installed the system less than a week later, on time and at the price he quoted. He even made it look nice! Highly recommend!!

Mike showed up exactly when they said he would. VERY nice friendly guy. VERY informative and up front. Receptionist over the phone was very friendly. James arrived later in the same day and did the work needed. And flawlessly! Again, very friendly and informative as he preformed his job. Called Larry and asked if he could come to my home to replace my sump pump because it stopped working. I told him we have a water back up system that works so if he could come over in a day or two that's fine. He told me text him my cell number and he'd get back to me the next day. So I texted him number name, address, and again what my problem was. I waited a few days and he never got back to me. I'm a small business owner too and if I was receiving a call from a person I'd write down their name and number and get back to them ASAP if I couldn't give them an answer right away. I certainly wouldn't tell them to text me the same info they gave me over the phone. Seems from reading these review he picks and chooses what work he wants. The end of the story is I went out to Home Depot got a new sump pump and installed it myself even with my bad back.

Responsive, Professional, fast, efficient - I will use them again

Tim was incredibly responsive, friendly, professional, and honest. He fixed out sump pump within hours of calling and was very thorough and gave good advice. Strongly recommend, will be our new go-to plumber!

I called cheektowaga plumbing after hours for a sewer back up. The technician came out within the hour and was able to get me back up and running. Great company this was a sunday afternoon so it helped out with being ready for school and work in the morning!!

I initially had a backed up main and when they came to unclog it they let me know that i can get a complimentary camera inspection. So i did. i was made aware that the line was cracked and letting in mud. I soon started to gather funds for a repair. While at the same time i purchased a water sensor. If it wasn't for them i would probably have a completely filled basement. About 10 days after inspection the line had backed up again. By then we were close to having the funds ready so we called franks to let them know our issues and frank quickly had guys come over within 24 hours and excavated the line and had it filled back up in 8 hours total. Because the line was dug up and my water was nearby it loosened alot of sediment inside my water line. Franks quickly sent over two guys to fix my water issues soon after with no extra charge. By far the best plumber i have ever used. They are up front and courteous, they dont try to make stuff up and just let you know whats going on. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job.

Our home in Hamburg was built in the 1950's and therefore has old style drain tiles to transport house waste to the town resources. Our front yard has four mid sized trees which have had their roots growing into our drainage for some time. We noticed an issue on a Saturday morning and called a bunch of plumbers listed online. Roto-Rooter was the only business to answer the phone. Not only were they able to help us same day, they gave us options and explained the issues and future considerations.

Jon's team are always a pleasure to have at our home. This time we had Brian and Sean (spelling?). Their work and energy were awesome. They left the job site spotless!

My sewers clogged with roots and the first visit yielded no results and a higher bill then promised. I was not pleased but understand things come up.

Upon telling them I was unhappy and because they had to come back to finish the job with larger equipment, they offered to help by finding the most cost effective solution to my problem when they could have simply charged me the highest price and told me to deal with it.

Their honesty was commendable and will now use them for all issues in the future.

Our service technician Nick (#3798) was one of the best service professionals I have ever dealt with. His quick thinking and problem solving allowed for us to have hot water the same day it went out. I was very impressed with his knowledge and precautions to make sure the install of our new water heater was fast but safe. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
