These guys are pros. We use them all the time for plumbing needs. Most recently they installed a new toilet and took the old one away. No fuss, no muss. Plumber was polite and knew what he was doing.

Sam is the absolute BEST. He was there within the hour, thoroughly studied the plumbing and located and stabilized the leak. Sam explained everything along with associated cost before making any changes. I NEVER FELT PRESSURED. He then suggested an important improvement to update to my entire system.
He may not like it, but I’m definitely calling Sam and Musso plumbing the next time I need help. Thank you Sam

Garret was great! On time and effective.

Last December we paid a substantial amount of money to have a tankless hot water system installed to heat our house and for our personal water usage. A few weeks ago we began to notice that the water was steaming hot and the system was making a loud groaning noise. T Mark sent a technician out who informed us that one of the parts was defective allowing water from the side of the tank that heats the house to escape to the side of the tank that heats water for our personal use. The technician stated that at times the temperature of the water was 170°. She advised us that she would have to order the part for replacement and that the office would contact us to set up an appointment for installation. I spoke with someone from the office and we decided to give a little extra time for the part to be shipped and set the appointment for today, which was approximately two weeks after the original appointment. I advised them that I had an appointment later in the day and asked for the earliest appointment. We decided that the technician should appear sometime between 8 AM and noon. When no one showed up by noon I called T Mark to see what was going on and was informed that there were several no heat calls that they were handling but that they would inform the technician that we were the next to be taken care of. I reluctantly agreed since we had already wasted half a day. Shortly there after I received a call from T Mark informing me that the part never came in. I am livid that we were never informed that the part was not received as it should have been the responsibility of the technician to make certain that she had the part or to notify us that she did not. When I asked the lady on the phone what is going to happen at this point she said that they would not schedule a date until the part came in and that we would have to wait to be informed by T Mark before proceeding. I would expect that a reputable company would be bending over backwards to satisfy their customer as this was theirfault because the part was defective. Now we’re expected to wait again to have the situation remedied. That does not reflect very well on their customer service!

These Men were GGRREEAATT!! Answered all Questions and Concerns. Clean-up in and out also Great.

I called cheektowaga plumbing after hours for a sewer back up. The technician came out within the hour and was able to get me back up and running. Great company this was a sunday afternoon so it helped out with being ready for school and work in the morning!!

I called Reimer on a weekend for a plumbing emergency and they were prompt with their service. The operators were delightful and kind, and kept me updated via text with accurate arrival times. The emergency was remedied, but ultimately needed a major repair. The scheduling was quick and they took care of all the needed permits and inspections. All of the service techs (Steve, Chris, & Evan) were professional and knowledgeable and took the time to show me where the problem was. I would absolutely use Reimer again, very happy with their service!

Our garbage disposal rusted and we had our under sink flooded. We called Keiffer and they responded quickly, sent a repairman the same day. Within an hour, he had removed the old one and installed a new one. He was professional, worked efficiently and did immaculate work. He answered our questions and checked our hot water heater before leaving. We would highly recommend Keiffer!
