I was able to schedule an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. The technician was courteous and efficient and the best part of all, no hard sell for a contract which has become the trend when you seek a service for just about anything!! My sump pump was broken, they came and replaced it for a reasonable sum of money. Thank you! For not being like all the other plumbing companies!!

The repair person was professional, knowledgeable and was able to unclog our drain quickly and efficiently. He even suggested that we use a product to keep the drains slippery so fast and other things do not stick to them. He came out on a Sunday and had the drain flowing like new so we could use our bathroom again.

I called Keiffer Monday morning because our furnace quit working on Sunday. I was told someone should be out by 2pm. I said that would be fine because I still had to clean out my driveway. I was notified that someone would be at.my house by 11 am. The technician was professional and said that he should have the part this afternoon and was coserned that we had heat. He arrived around 2 with a new part and we now have heat. Thanks
