Sal is the absolute best! He is professional and has very fair prices. He has done work at my home and rental property. He was very helpful when an emergency arose and fixed my shower when no on else could. He's observant and has even given me tips and recommendations. I've used him for years. He came recommended from a co-worker and I highly recommend him too!

I feel that I was badly ripped off for them snaking my sewage line and then was told something was wrong with the line and would be a minimum of $3,200 to fix. I got a second opinion and they said everything was fine and that the plumber from musso badly mislead me and over charged me for them snaking my line. Shop plumbers and read reviews before calling.

Frank's Mr. Plumber saved the day again. We had a few problems happening all at once (leaks, backed up drain) and Frank's was the right place to call. Anthony Simms was our service plumber and he was very professional, took time to explain how to maintain our fixtures after repairs, and was very thoughtful and kind. Anthony came to our house two times, on 5/10/22 and 5/17/2022, and he was quick, thorough, and worked cleanly each time. I have great respect for his skills and the way he explained everything to us so we new exactly what was being done. He is very pleasant and the repairs have improved our home. Very happy that Anthony was our plumber and that we called Frank's Mr. Plumber.

I called McAllister Plumbing right away and Andy came out the same day; actually within a few hours. Beverly called me to let me know when he was on the way and the approximate time he would arrive. Always on time! Andy quickly diagnosed the problem and solved my issues. He was very polite and informative and had excellent recommendations for me. Amy called me the next day to make sure I was pleased with the service and if I had any questions or concerns. McAllister Plumbing has provided great service and satisfaction time and time again. They have replaced all the old galvanized steel water lines, put in a new hot water tank, a new dryer vent, fixed shower and kitchen faucet leaks, unclogged drains and sewer line. They are my go to team when I have plumbing or heating issues and I highly recommend them. Fair prices, great customer service and very professional!

The crazy blizzard of 2022! During a major outage, our 24v transformer was blown when the power went out (on, off, on off, blown)... :( We called Reimer to get emergency assistance... There was a complete ban for days! :( ... The technician called us directly and offered assistance over the phone with a trick to swap out the 24v transformer with another in the house. We were running a med generator for a few electric outlets. After almost 36 hours of no heat and electricity. We got the power back on, and able to run the furnace because of his assistance, to make it through! So thankful for the tech's expertise and ALWAYS depend on Reimer!!!!! Recommend 😀
