had them come out the saturday before july 4th but they couldnt get the camera to look through our pipes because of the holiday weekend. Technician was Matt, and he told us that he would be out first thing on Tuesday (July 5th) between 7 and 7:30 am with the camera. Nobody showed up. When I called the number on my work form, the person on the other end had no idea what was going on, and told me that Amanda from dispatch would return my call with more information when she was off the phone with another customer. This was at 9:30 that I called and I waited at least 3 hours for a return call from Amanda. I was supposed to be at my job at 11:30, which is why Matt was supposed to come at 7am. I had to miss a whole day of work waiting for the plumber. Why even bother saying you're going to come early to help us out so I don't have to take off from work when I have to still take off from work because you are not here? That is dishonest and rude.The person who returned my call was rude and had no customer service skills at all. She escalated immediately to offering to cancel my appointment, without explanation because she had already explained the situation to my fiance, and I am just the lowly woman in the situation who needs no explanation of what it going on.Continued to wait for the plumber as I said no do not cancel my appointment, and meanwhile crafted an honest review similar to this one on their facebook page.Meanwhile, the owner called my fiance and complained about my review on facebook, telling him to tell me to take the review down. I did not remove it or alter it in any way, and the plumber never showed.

I have been using The Plumber for a year and a half. I ask for Keith every time. He is kind and courteous. Explains things very well. Always very happy with his work!!! 10 stars!!

Chris was on-time, professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in detail related to my plumbing issues.

I booked an appointment yesterday, was told the repair person would arrive between 8am and noon. 20 after 12 I call them, they say the person will be on their way soon. They also took this opportunity to tell me that the service call would cost approx $130. I explained I was not told about this charge when I booked, the person I was speaking to copped an attitude. I told them to forget it. I will be taking my business to someone who is upfront about fees and knows how to be polite and professional.
