We Needed emergency visit instead of a furnace check because our furnace would not start..Both Liam the Tech and Ian the mechanic were prompt courteous and informative..they explained the problem and we are now waiting for a quote on a new furnace as ours has a crack on the inside making it hard and expensive to fix .they estimated the furnace Was.put in. In the 70s or 80s so it gave many good years of warmth! We jyst waiting on the quote now and hope to hear soon as a snow storm is exoected here in Buffalo this evening ..And thank you TMark for your service and attention! Rose Russ..Buffalo

Noah installed a new faucet on the front of our house. They listened to what I wanted ran the line exactly where I asked them to put in a shut off valve and cleaned up afterwards. I received email confirmations of the appointment and time. The day of service I also received a picture of Noah and a text that he was on the way. Showed up on time was professional, courteous and pleasant. The work is top notch and I won't hesitate to recommend as well as use Hazlett in the future.

Brian was extremely knowledgeable regarding homes in my area and helped me gain a better understanding of my sewer and rain water draining system. He took the time to educate me and did not make me feel like any of my questions were stupid. Pricing was cheaper than other estimates I received as well! They were able to clear my sewer line and drain my flooded basement as well as make recommendations on how to utilize my home owners insurance policy for some of these unforeseen costs. I will be booking this work very soon with them to prevent this issue from reoccurring in the future. Could not recommend enough! Usually very good, however they came today to snake a bathroom, and left a huge mess in the bathroom and couldn’t even get the drain open. Anybody you hire should clean up after themselves

Lou Simon installed two Bradford White 50 gallon tank style water heaters in my home. He arrived on time as scheduled. He and his crew were neat, clean and professional. They cleaned up afterwards and the job looks great. We have hot water and no leaks!

I needed emergency service on my sump pump, which wasn’t working at all during wet weather. My normal repair company doesn’t offer emergency weekend calls. A relative recommended Roto Rooter, who politely and kindly took all my information and gave me a four-hour window that evening to expect a repair person. Unfortunately, I was later called and informed that no one could come that evening after all. However, I said yes when offered the scheduling of a service call the next morning. I bailed my sump hourly through the night, so was very grateful to see the Roto Rooter vehicle pull into my dooryard around noon the next day, following a call to alert me that he was coming. Luciano was polite, personable, and reassuring, which was much appreciated in my time of need. He assessed the situation expertly and described what my options and costs would be, based on what problem he might determine. He then proceeded to quickly troubleshoot the sump pump failure, in an organized and efficient manner. He asked questions to familiarize himself with my home and its facilities. After eliminating two or three of the most basic possible problems, he found that I simply needed a new check valve on my existing sump pump, and he replaced it in no time, carefully checking its operation afterward. Luciano cleaned up completely after himself, wrote up the invoice with my senior discount and a careful explanation of charges, and was on his way. I would have to say that due to the reassuring and expert way in which Luciano handled the weekend service call, it was worth the delay that the company had to make in scheduling. His knowledge and enthusiasm for his work made it a much more positive situation for me.
