I cannot say enough about this company! Jeffrey was quick to respond to our request and was out to give us an estimate for the work. The estimate was spot on.
He and his team did a great job and when the work was done, you would have never known they were there (cleaned up after themselves). They were courteous and professional. I would highly reccomend them for any plumbing needs.

on January, 2018, I called Musso for water leaking. The technician cut off a short pipe and we have installed an 1/2 inch hose bib. The fee was $442.61 including taxes. On June,2018, there was a leaking around the hose bib where the technician did the service on January, 2018, not to far away from the hose bib, it was about less than 1/2 of the toothpick from the hose bib. So I called the Musso to come and checking it up, because I have one year warranty, but the technician confirmed that the leaking today was not the place where he did the service on January,2018, and his company charged me $90.26 including taxes for what they called, diagnostic charge. I was like if $90.26 would make the Musso going further, go ahead and take my $90.26. The technician was friendly, but The Musso has been thirsty, they wanted your money. There is no customer services. My advise is thinking carefully before you call Musso.

Liam was very professional, competent, and very knowledgeable. He listened to me explaining the issue with my HVAC unit and found what was the issue with my AC unit. It turned out to be a capacitor in the unit that stopped working. Liam checked the capacitor and told me it needed to be replaced. Liam replaced the capacitor and my AC unit is working fine. We had an issue with a clogged main line. After trying to clear it unsuccessfully, we called Zirpoli. They came within a couple of hours, diagnosed the issue, explained the problem and went to work. Within an hour they were finished and our plumbing was back to normal. Can't say enough about the timeliness and professionalism that was offered.

They were timely, honest and made sure of what needed done. The process was quick and smooth. I called late at night and they were there in the morning. Great turn around time.

Our sump pump failed, leaving us with an inch of water in the basement. We called Roto-Rooter and were told that they could be at our house between 9:00 and 11:00, and that they would call ahead. We received the call a little after 8:00 and they arrived in about half and hour.The men were professional and efficient. They covered their shoes so as to not track dirt on our rugs, and they expertly installed a new sump pump in no time.I would not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter the next time I have a problem.

Lou Simon installed two Bradford White 50 gallon tank style water heaters in my home. He arrived on time as scheduled. He and his crew were neat, clean and professional. They cleaned up afterwards and the job looks great. We have hot water and no leaks!

One star is to much for this rude man. I tried to solve the problem before I called them. The whole time he was at my house he picked on me that I was not a plumber and that I thought I knew what I was doing. I will never use this company again or recommend them. Way to overpriced on top the bad attitude.
