Best Boiler Service in Buffalo NY

I contacted Mr Sal Alaimo to give me an estimate on a particular service, but we opted to replace my water heater. Sal is VERY professional, very informative, and explains things in detail. The day before I saw another issue, I sent pictures and Sal explained what was happening and offered to repair my toilet as well, for a small additional fee. Sal arrived on time, with all his equipment, repaired toilet and installed my new water heater. I am EXTREMELY pleased with his work. Before leaving he even checked on my Mom, I thought that was nice. I will be contacting Mr Sal for all/any of my plumbing/ heating needs.

Had a burst pipe from outdoor spigot, with the back of the house encased in ice and had to shut the water main off late yesterday. Called Musso this morning who sent a tech, Sam, within an hour. After reading Google reviews and seeing Sam’s name mentioned/recommended several times, I was thrilled he was coming to do our job! Sam needed to go into our very shallow crawl space and diagnose the problem. He recommended solutions, took time to explain, and did a thorough job to permanently fix the problem. He was fantastic, definitely knows plumbing, really took the time to answer our questions and make sure we were 100% satisfied. Highly recommend Musso and, if you’re lucky enough, have Sam do your job!

We have been working with Seneca Plumbing for a couple of years. They are on time, honest and reliable. A tankless water heater saves a lot of money.

Not pleased with the information provided by the technicians. They fixed the issue and it took two visits and two separate charges and there is still a pump that needs replacing that neither technician told us about. I just ask that the technicians go over the whole unit/job to ensure the client will have a running unit in its prime condition.End the end they did make things rite after my mom needed a new unit they came and installed it within one day and got us rite before our big snow storm.

I called about a non-emergency toilet problem. They had a technician at my house in about an hour which impressed me. The technician was extremely nice and helpful in solving our toilet issue and fixing our sink on the spot as well. I was impressed and very happy with the service and the professionalism of the technician, especially during the difficult COVID-19 situation we are all dealing with. This was my first time using Cellino plumbing and I will not hesitate to call or recommend them in the future. Thank you again for all of your help!

I called cheektowaga plumbing after hours for a sewer back up. The technician came out within the hour and was able to get me back up and running. Great company this was a sunday afternoon so it helped out with being ready for school and work in the morning!!

Service was terrific! Rob C. was friendly and courteous, and he answered every question I had with knowledge and grace. He offered a variety of solutions fully explaining each one. And the price was right. He solved our problem quickly and efficiently. He left the workspace spotless and even covered his shoes so as not to track any grime through the house. He was every bit as nice and proficient as the previous plumber from Roy's. I would highly recommend Roy's Plumbing to anyone.

As always, great job by the people at McCallister plumbing! Chris F. arrived at our house on time, installed the plumbing under our new kitchen sink, moved the electrical switch and the disposal, and it all functions beautifully. Masterfully done!

I typically don't do reviews but had to make an exception this time. I was having AC problems and called Reimer. That same day(!), a technician was at my house at 4:30 on a Friday in the pouring rain. David Mersdorf has got to be the absolute best service technician I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was professional, very personable, and went above and beyond with my AC unit...even making sure to clean it before putting it back together...all while the rain continued! If I have any future HVAC issues, I will not hesitate to call Reimer again... especially because David is such a fantastic ambassador for the company. Well done!

Very quick and efficient. I had Bobby and Ryley install my boiler. They were very professional and clean they laid down tarps covering my whole house. And when they were done they made it like they were never even there. The craftsmanship really showed how much they care for their customers. I highly recommend to go to them with plumbing and heating home repairs. Definitely will be a returning customer.
