Best Boiler Maintenance in Buffalo NY

Couldn't be happier with out new tankless water heater. Sal came and gave us an estimate within a day of our call and installed the system less than a week later, on time and at the price he quoted. He even made it look nice! Highly recommend!!

Drain in bathroom tub and sink slow drain. Cleared both out and working again.

Used TMark for a standard boiler tune up. Tech was friendly and professional. There were no issues with boiler, so he spent some time to educate me a bit on the heating system. Also reminded me there is a National Fuel rebate to recoup service cost. Would call again for service.

I had a plumbing and furnace issue and I was able to get an appointment right away. Both Jeffs were super helpful and gave me some good advice as a new homeowner. I’d recommend everyone to get the membership with Roy’s, it’s definitely worth it and the prices are reasonable for their services.

5/9/23 I was contacted by Amanda, who informed me that there would NOT have been a second charge and this was incorrect information. She apologized repeatedly. I was then contacted by John, who apologized as well and issued a full refund for the service. I think that it’s very big of a company to reach out, admit mistake, and correct a wrong! Impressed by that5/4/23 Editing the review. It is 3 days since I was told my hot water tank issue was resolved and back to normal. My hot water tank pilot light is out again, and once again I have no hot water. I was told it was just the safety trigger which was reset. Obviously not. I called Reimer at 9pm today and was told by Steve that because the hot water tank was not installed by them (previous homeowner had it installed) they would charge me ANOTHER service fee to come out and look at it. I JUST paid $216 for them to look at it 72 hours ago to tell me it was all good. Now I’ll get charged again to do the same thing?5/1/23 Very impressed with Reimer! I needed my tub fixed as water was pouring out of it. They came out THAT Day, for four hours, and totally redid all the plumbing in my shower for me and did it the correct way. He raised the shower head for me and made my two handle shower into the updated single handle. He was super professional and showed me how to put all the fixtures on once I’m done doing the tile myself. He even tightened the water main fixture for me so it wasn’t leaking and made sure my pilot light was lit before he left! All of this was only 600 dollars for four hours of extensive labor. I would use them and recommend them to everyone I know! They also have done chimney work and they just redid my friends sink as well. Great business. Roy’s couldn’t come out for four days when I had no water!!!! I will never call Roy’s again. I’m 100% going with keiffer!!!
