I contacted Mr Sal Alaimo to give me an estimate on a particular service, but we opted to replace my water heater. Sal is VERY professional, very informative, and explains things in detail. The day before I saw another issue, I sent pictures and Sal explained what was happening and offered to repair my toilet as well, for a small additional fee. Sal arrived on time, with all his equipment, repaired toilet and installed my new water heater. I am EXTREMELY pleased with his work. Before leaving he even checked on my Mom, I thought that was nice. I will be contacting Mr Sal for all/any of my plumbing/ heating needs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Took advantage of elderly family friend. Couldn’t be more disgusted.

We have been working with Seneca Plumbing for a couple of years. They are on time, honest and reliable. A tankless water heater saves a lot of money.

I had Jeff here last week to deal with a boiler problem. He showed me exactly what was wrong and fixed it quickly. Then this weekend, coincidentally my dishwasher died and flooded the kitchen. Matt came to check to see if there were other problems but it is the dishwasher. Guess I’m going shopping. The woman who answers the phone is also super helpful!

Repair of bathroom sink- technician was knowledgeable and skilled to install a new plastic pipes and a new faucet. Happy to have my bathroom back in good shape.

Called Frank's because I had a squealing shower and my normal plumber was tied up on other jobs for a few weeks and I figured I would give them a shot. Frank's quoted me $1200 and claimed there was a need to replace the shower head, spout, trim handle, and entire valve set. In order to do that they would've needed to cut a hole in the closet of a bedroom behind my shower and that would've been my mess to clean up and resurface. I decided to wait for my plumber, turned out all we needed was a $50 spout. Thank God I waited for my plumber who likes to work for cash and comes on weekdays after work... Never again, never again!

Tech was amazing and best experience we have ever had. He was polite and walked us threw all steps he took. He checked all his work and explained Ed what he found and what we need to look at doing in the near future for service.

I’ve dealt with a lot of plumbers but, these guys actually know what they are doing and have affordable prices. Thank you!

For a furnace malfunction, a previous company charged me for 3 expensive service calls ,and never fixed the problem!

He was able to quote me a replacement hot water tank and also explain the benefits of a Reme Halo air purification system after we mentioned the poor air quality in our home. Several days later, I had additional questions about the system and the office asked David to call me, which he did, and he took the time to answer all of my questions in a patient, professional manner.
