I have called Roy’s for several plumbing and heating issues and have always been satisfied with their service. The technician Scott arrived exactly when he said and he was incredibly polite and professional. He was very efficient in identifying the problem and repairing it (leaking gas valve). I will absolutely continue to use them for future plumbing and heating concerns.

I called Keiffer Monday morning because our furnace quit working on Sunday. I was told someone should be out by 2pm. I said that would be fine because I still had to clean out my driveway. I was notified that someone would be at.my house by 11 am. The technician was professional and said that he should have the part this afternoon and was coserned that we had heat. He arrived around 2 with a new part and we now have heat. Thanks
