Very friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed the mistakes the previous plumber who renovated the bathroom. Had working toilet and sink in little amount of time. Costs was about half the price of previous plumber.

Inconsistent. Took them coming out three different days, with different crews to fix the problem. Kept saying it was parts. Didn't show up on time. Did work without consent, without estimates, and then charged card without permission. Left no option for a second opinion. Unprofessional, will not use services again.

American Services worked hand in hand with the general contractor I used for a bathroom and laundry room remodel. They came out and plumbed some of the older piping that needed a good upgrade. They moved my washer line for me to the other side of the room. They installed all new piping for the toilet drainage/sewer. I will have no hesitation reaching out to them in the future to have any repairs or new plumbing work. I also liked that Aggie from American Services followed up with me about two weeks later to ensure that I was satisfied with the services they provided. Our A/C went out on July 2nd. I called about 5 PM and got ahold of Reddi who just started selling Trane units as ours was 22 years old. They came out yet that night, quoted a new unit, and installed it the next day on July 3rd. Less than 24 hours. WOW.. Workmanship was fantastic and courteous installer. Would give them a 6!!!
