So, I attempted to do it myself. I broke a pipe in the wall. Louis fixed my disposal and my pipe in less than 1 hour. Couldn't be happier.

Brian arrived, was exceedingly professional, and resolved our issue. In addition, he advised me on additional work in our cellar. I would highly recommend This company for any endeavor, and I plan to hire him for additional repair work in the future. Thanks again.

Would not give any stars if possible. Charged $ 945 to replace a 6 gallon water heater in my wife's rental property last September. Property was vacant last 4 month's. New tenant this week. Heater not working. Company came out and replaced a switch. Next morning, not working. Company refused to come out again, said it was an electrical problem. Had the electric checked. Good. Tenant purchased a $12 heating element and had it installed. Working now, no thanks to this outfit. Weak customer service. Overpriced. Buyer Beware!!

They were super nice young men! They were quick efficient and cleaned up their mess! This was my second time of using Eck’s! They have knowledgeable and very efficient nice young men! Will use again if the need arises!

We have done business with Carr's plumbing, sold them a few vehicles, and not only is the owner a very nice person but he has sent several employees in as well and they are all very kind and sincere. I know in the future I will only use Carr's Plumbing!

One of the hardest things to find now days is reliable trades people, especially plumbing trades people. Provines plumbing is the answer. Out of the 30+ plumbing outfits in the Wichita and surrounding areas, there is truly not a more talented and honest group of guys. They are our exclusive plumber for all of our home repairs and we highly recommend them for any plumbing job!

CALLED THESE GUYS AFTER ANOTHER PLUMBER GAVE US AN ESTIMATE, THEN THESE GUYS GAVE US ON LESS. SO WE WENT WITH THEM. EVERY TIME WE TALKED TO THEM THE PRICE WENT UP. THEN THEY SAID IT WAS BECAUSE THEY HAD TO GO UNDER CEMENT AND WERE NOT GOING TO BREAK IT(BUT THEY DID). OUR LANDLORD SET THIS ALL IN MOTION THEN THEY DIDN'T FOLLOW THROUGH AND I HAD TO CALL THEM TWICE FOR BACK UP ISSUES THAT THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR EVEN THOUGH WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR WORK TO BE DONE WHICH THEY SET TWO WEEKS OUT KNOWING IT NEEDED E MEDIATE ATTENTION. THEN THEY HIRED A THIRD PARTY TO DO MOST OF THE LABOR. THENRITA CALLED ME AND TRIED TO EXTORT PAYMENT FROM ME INSTEAD OF THE LAND LORD. THE DAY FOLLOWING THE WORK A MAN SHOWED UP ON MY PORCH TRYING TO EXTORT PAYMENT AND THREATENING MY DAUGHTER WITH LEGAL ACTION. SHE WAS 17 YEARS OLD. NOW THERE ARE STILL HOLES IN THE YARD WHICH THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME BACK AFTER THE DIRT SETTLED.....I DARE NOT CALL THEM I DON'T WANT TO BE CHARGED AGAIN!
