Think they are a little pricey on their services but they did a good job and the technician was very friendly.

Worthless sense of customer service and over priced

My Air Conditioner went out after hours and I contacted Frederick Heating and Air as I have used them in the past. They responded and diagnoised that the system had froze and gave me the options. I decided to just upgrade.
Next morning was contacted and the representative was professional and was already informed of the situation. Later in the day measurements were taken.
Next morning they began install of the new heating and air conditioner. The employees were respectful of my residence by laying down work tarp in the area they were walking and working in. The work was completed in a timely manner and looked better than it was before. Thank you Frederick Heating and Air for being professional and helping out in a very timely manner.
