I had a problem with my pipes making a noise and so I called the office and requested a technician come to my house to try to troubleshoot my problem. Ryan was my technician and after finally getting my pipes to make the sound for him, he proceeded to tell me what he thought the problem might be. I told him that this was out of my league and to go ahead with his plan. He removed the suspect part of pipe, replaced it with new, and then turned the water back on. I tried to make the pipes make the sound again and NO SOUND! Thanks Ryan for your great work.
