I realized my hot water heater had gone out Thursday afternoon at 2:30. I called Mr Rooter and Brent arrived approximately 30 minutes later. He and Dayton had my new hot water heater installed before 5:00. They were extremely professional, polite and explained everything thoroughly. I’ve used Mr. Rooter in the past and have always been pleased with their work and professionalism. I will always use them for future plumbing needs.

This company has exceeded my expectations and I am very pleased to do business with them. They have helped my family and I out tremendously and always do a great job! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Honestly don't how how to describe these guys other than phenomenal and caring. I was calling these other bigger businesses and their prices and the things they were wanting to replace and work on had me stressed out. These guys came in checked out my issue and were able to fix me up at what I felt was a much fairer price. I hope I never have anymore plumbing issues but if I do I'm calling them.

These guys were awesome! Arrived on time, no hidden costs, stayed until the job was done, and coordinated with us throughout. We are very pleased. Laura made sure everything was cleaned-probably better than before they arrived! Sean and Laura both are very friendly and I will NOT hesitate to have them do any other plumbing job I need.
