Definitely suggest! I had reached my wits' end trying to figure out how to fix the leaking drain in our do-it-yourself sink. After leaving a message on Steve's phone, I got a return call less than 15 minutes later. He was pleasant and helpful as he asked questions to determine the severity of the emergency, and because of a cancellation, his crew was on the way to us in under an hour. The guys Steve sent (I think Steve and Brian?) were punctual, efficient, and skilled. I admire that, given the current pandemic outbreak, they all opted to wear face masks. When they were done, they patiently went over the changes with me and addressed any questions I had. I am glad I paid for their quick and professional service, even though the drain leak was rather minor. After they fixed my botched do-it-yourself attempt and reviewed the remainder of my work, I finally feel comfortable with our new sink setup. Instead of trying to fix it yourself, call in the pros.

The GM David was fantastic, he saved us a ton of money and was so nice! He came out himself after I called him in a panic early in the morning. I will never use anyone else. I can’t say enough good things about David and the work he and his team did. Thank you!

Saturday plumbing disaster - a broken pipe! Michael and Brad from Carr’s Plumbing came out and fixed it in a jif. Excellent, quick, and reasonably priced service.

One of the hardest things to find now days is reliable trades people, especially plumbing trades people. Provines plumbing is the answer. Out of the 30+ plumbing outfits in the Wichita and surrounding areas, there is truly not a more talented and honest group of guys. They are our exclusive plumber for all of our home repairs and we highly recommend them for any plumbing job!

Service was fast && most importantly same day. Called up with issue & the guy I spoke with Jake was so down to earth empathetic. Great locally-owned company that has extended hours for those of us that can't always take off work. They located my missing sewer clean-out that was buried underground with their standard charge which many companies wouldn't consider doing. Although they may not be the lowest price sewer service, the convenience of scheduling and the promptness/thoroughness of service has made Roto-Rooter the only company that I have consider calling in the last decade!

The bad part is that they cashed the check I wrote 2 months after I wrote it. Sorry, but it does not take 2 months to cash a cheque, taking that long to do so it is not professional.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I didn't know who to call when I had a toilet broken issue. Looked online, they had good reviews. Jeremy was a very professional plumber. The job was done in a very timely fashion. They were easy to talk to and very helpful in explaining everything they did. I was pleased with the work they did and would call them again.

When installing the water into the new house, they were off measurements by a foot. This messed up the placement of the walls, and the shower placement. Cannot be fixed because of the concrete floor.
