He arrived in a timely manner, was very professional and personable, and even made small talk with my kiddos! I recently had the pleasure of working with Knight & Day plumbing. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations in every aspect.

Patrick was on time and very communicative. He arrived, diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly and for a good price. Other plumbers had suggested drastic counter removals to fix the problem, but Patrick was able to take care of the issue with little to no mess! He worked with a smile and was honest and upfront about everything when answering my questions. He even worked around our schedule. Great, knowledgeable, and polite dispatcher, whose name was John. When the Garrett, the technician, got to the house he was also knowledgeable, polite, and cleaned up after himself instead of tracking in a big mess or leaving a big mess. We just bought this new house in May and it was under warranty but the plumber that was assigned to us was not going to come out for a few days because we called on the weekend. Of course that would not work with a sump pump out and our house having 7 of rain last night. I am so happy they came out in a timely fashion and would highly recommend them and the work they do.

Tom and Nathan came out today to clean our sewer line. This is the second time that all of our drains have backed up due to tree roots and we’ve called them. Both times they’ve been professional and friendly and have done an excellent job. We wouldn’t call anyone else. Thanks!
