Even though I'm employed under david lies plumbing, I've been here for about 6 months now. I dont know everything about the trade, but I am getting there; I know I can say for a fact that it is a great business to work for and my employer and co-workers do a great job to meet the customers needs, doing what ever it takes to get the job done as quickly and professionally as possible.

I use Eck Services for their bi-anual electric generator maintenance and have been happy with them so far and wanted to try with other services. I had an electrical problem with lights in and outside of the garage. Trenton May (I apologize I forgot the other name of the technician that was with him) came around the time they said they would be here.They listened as I described the problem and the layout of the wires and answered questions when I had them.If I was unhappy with something they would make sure I was satisfied with the result. One of the hardest things to find now days is reliable trades people, especially plumbing trades people. Provines plumbing is the answer. Out of the 30+ plumbing outfits in the Wichita and surrounding areas, there is truly not a more talented and honest group of guys. They are our exclusive plumber for all of our home repairs and we highly recommend them for any plumbing job!

The bad part is that they cashed the check I wrote 2 months after I wrote it. Sorry, but it does not take 2 months to cash a cheque, taking that long to do so it is not professional.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I didn't know who to call when I had a toilet broken issue. Looked online, they had good reviews.
