Best Plumbing Leak Detection in Wichita KS

We had an issue with our garbage disposal. Called Mr. Rooter and we had someone at our house and a replacement in place within two hours. The technician, Daniel Wells, did a great job.

The guys who came to my house were polite, knew what to do, were efficient and got the job done!

Quickly resolved my situation, and very professional.

Found this place through Google. They had a high stars rating, so I called. They answered the first time I called and quoted close to half the price a few other large companies were quoting to have someone out the next day. We had a plastic object flushed and blocking the toilet line. It wasn't an emergency. The next day they called ahead to let me know they were on their way. Two men showed up in a marked company vehicle. They identified themselves at the door and put booties on before coming in. They listened as I explained what was clogged in the line and asked questions. They explained what they were going to do and the possible outcomes (getting it out or pushing it to the main line). They re-stated the price again before they started the work. They cleared the line with the auger and checked the main line outside for good flow as well. Once complete they had me flush the toilet and confirm it was working the way I expected. He was friendly and smiled a lot when talking. Then he brought in the work order paperwork, accepted payment and provided a copy. They were nice to my dogs. Will definitely keep their card on my fridge for future needs. Highly recommended!

I typically like to look for more local businesses over the big one's and these guys are proof of why you should do that. I had a small problem with my bathroom faucet and they were able to come have it fixed in no time at a price that I didn't even feel like needed to be questioned since I was expecting to pay much more. Awesome local crew, 10/10 would recommend.

Their dispatcher told me she couldn't give me the price for the job I needed done over the phone, which was have my main sewer line augered. So I paid a $30 service charge for them to come out and tell me they wanted over $300 for the job, I paid $100 the next day. To their credit the technician was polite and knowledgeable, and even gave me some advice on what to do after I had the job done, even though I opted out of having them servicing my line.
