JM Plumbing came out on a Friday for a quote on replacing a main sewer line. The gentlemen stated he wanted to try and clear and camera the line before he did anything, because he felt like he could get it cleared. So, instead of spending the money to get it replaced, I ended up saving a ton of money because he was able to get the line cleared. I definitely will be using this company in the future, and have already recommended them to my friends and family. Thank you JM Plumbing!

Found this place through Google. They had a high stars rating, so I called. They answered the first time I called and quoted close to half the price a few other large companies were quoting to have someone out the next day. We had a plastic object flushed and blocking the toilet line. It wasn't an emergency. The next day they called ahead to let me know they were on their way. Two men showed up in a marked company vehicle. They identified themselves at the door and put booties on before coming in. They listened as I explained what was clogged in the line and asked questions. They explained what they were going to do and the possible outcomes (getting it out or pushing it to the main line). They re-stated the price again before they started the work. They cleared the line with the auger and checked the main line outside for good flow as well. Once complete they had me flush the toilet and confirm it was working the way I expected. He was friendly and smiled a lot when talking. Then he brought in the work order paperwork, accepted payment and provided a copy. They were nice to my dogs. Will definitely keep their card on my fridge for future needs. Highly recommended!

We had an appointment scheduled for between 11a-2p today. I called at 2:10p because no one had shown. I was told they put us down for 2p-5p, not what we agreed on but we decided to keep the appointment and wait just a while longer. At 4pm they called saying they were still at a job but will be done by 5. At 5:11pm they called giving me a price quote over the phone (3days after my original call) with a price that was much higher than expected. Typically that wouldn't be such a big deal but now it is after 5pm ON A FRIDAY. I missed a day of work waiting and every other company is closed or charges an addition after hours service charge! When I explained how much all of this effected us and the poor timing of it the response was, Sorry, I don't know what to say. I over booked myself today. This company was recommended by a friend and we really prefer to support locally owned businesses but got burned bad today by JM plumbing.

JM Plumbing will be my go to plumber from now on. I contacted them first thing this morning and Jamie had me on standby for the same day and called me to let me know he was on his way. It didn’t take him very long to sort the problem out (blocked tub drain) and the charge was very reasonable. Love doing business with you.

I had requested different quotes and had different people and some telling me I needed to do more than what I had to, shower drain repair. One day one of my friends referred me to JM plumbing, and at first I was skeptical not only cause never heard of it but my initial thoughts of the person assisting me. Jaime could not have been more courteous and helped me with high professionalism. I told him what I was told, and got to work. He took the time to explain everything I needed and the only parts that needing fixing. Worked fast and also made sure everything was cleaned before leaving. Jaime made this look so easy and painless not just for my house but for my pocket. Fantastic job!!

Jm Plumbing (Jaime) moved my Plumbing from the basement to the kitchen for a washer and dryer hook up,now I have a new wash room. They did an amazing job. I am very excited about my next load of laundry. The price was very reasonable to. (Superior quality work).

They are fantastic and very understanding. They came out and installed a clean out for me for a very affordable price and quickly because I was having back up problems for months with no clean out previously. It was such a stress relief. I appreciate them so much.

We were up at 2:30 in the morning with a dead sump pump and had to start removing water to prevent our basement from flooding our newly installed carpet! At 3:25 am I spoke to Saul who came out at 6:30 am on that same day, Saturday. That was because I went to Lowe's when they opened at 6:00 am to purchase a new sump pump, back up pump and back up battery. It was replaced and working in quick order. Thank you for rescuing us! Will definitely use them again!

Good natured guys, up front about costs and didn't cut corners. We had our main sewer line cleaned out due to root stoppages and they did a great job and had a camera to show it was cleared. Highly recommended.

Make JM your first and final call. So happy with the service. Professional, kind, timely. Cost was fair. The only company to put booties over shoes when entering for estimates and during service. Quick turnaround time. Overall satisfied with service!! Will use again if we ever need to. They repaired a leak in our main water line.

All I got to say would not recommend.

I noticed water on my carpet in basement over holiday weekend. I looked online, noticed great reviews on 24 emergency service for JM Plumbing LLC. When I called at dinner time, my call was answered immediately. Saul was dispatched to my home within an hour and he took care of the needed repair. He was polite, professional and we are so thankful for JM Plumbing's help and service. Very reasonable price.

I would highly recommend this company!! They were professional and very pleasant.

We needed a plumber because our gas hot water heater went out. Within twenty minutes Jaime was at our house. He had to leave to purchase a gas water heater. He installed the heater in about two hours. Jaime was wearing a mask, was very prompt and professional and reasonable. If we have any more plumbing problems then we will definitely call Jaime to fix our issues.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees. They worked all day in over 100 degree heat to get my well up and going. Very reasonable prices too. I will never call anyone else

Called JM Plumbing at 2:30 on a Friday afternoon after discovering water leaking from the ceiling in my basement directly below the kitchen. Saul showed up by 4:00 and began diagnosing the issue from top to bottom. The culprit ended up not being the sink or dishwasher, but an elbow joint in the hot water copper line had sprung a leak. After replacing the joint, he was very meticulous in tracing down any last hint of water damage when removing the water soaked ceiling sheetrock and made sure to clean up every last bit of debris! I HIGHLY recommend JM Plumbing LLC (and especially Saul for his wonderful personality) for any plumbing related needs you may have!!

I am a diehard fan of these guys. They have done multiple repairs on my home and have been super helpful. Great quality for the money and very customer oriented.

Saul was very professional and arrived within the hour of calling. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything step by step. He installed a water heater in the basement by himself and hauled it off. He was very concise about not getting anything dirty and returning everything as it was when he arrived. I called at 7 pm on a Thursday. The plumber actually answered the phone. I did not get a relay messenger service like the big, local competition. The plumber appeared when promised, an hour later. My leaking, main house water pipe, which was difficult to access, was properly repaired in less than 2 hours. I am happy with the service and the plumber was friendly.

My new favorite Plumber. Very responsive. Saul cleaned out our main line, explained what the situation was and made recommendations for what I can do to slow down root intrusion so we don't have to dig up the yard so soon. Friendly and Professional service. Will definitely call them first for future needs.

I noticed a plumbing truck in front of my house and I ask the guy did he have time to look at my toilet he said after he finished the job he was on about 1 hr later he came and looked at my toilet told me I needed a new flap but he didn't have 1 with him but he did adjust the chain so I dont have to hold the handle down he gained a customer today I will be using him in the future

We gave JM Plumbing a call when we got into a plumbing project too big for us to finish on our own. These guys saved the day and did great work. Saul was friendly, professional and immediately assessed the problem and gave a solution. When the project required more parts then what we already had, he wrote directed us to everything we needed and once received, he was back to the house to finish the job. Great guy and excellent work. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Jaime is the best plumber in town! He has great customer service and is very humble. He gets the job done fast and makes it super easy. Very reasonable prices.

My seller client had a leak in the main water line. A plumbing company was sent out via the home warranty company and they were pretty much a waste of time and money. I contacted Jaime the next morning and they were out to the house before noon. Saul spent a lot of time searching for the leak and didn't give up until he found it. Both Jaime and Saul went over and above with repairing the line and the seller and I were very impressed with them. We can't say enough about how professional and courteous they were. Great attitudes as well. We were so thankful and I will definitely use them again.

There was a mix up with the time our plumber was supposed to show up but the owner was able to send someone out and make it right as soon as he was notified. I appreciate the quick response and discount for service we were given!

Another 5 star review for JM Plumbing. We hired them for a difficult task, a shower drain broken under a concrete slab. They showed up on time (early) prepared to give a us a bid and an estimation on time. They found another issue with a line that was about to break. They showed us the evidence and gave us an additional price. We had them do the additional work because it made sense while the concrete was torn up. There was no pressure, and they would have completed the original portion with the original bid.

I can't say enough about how friendly and forthcoming they were. The work was performed at my mother's house, and we were both completely comfortable with them being there with her alone. Great people, great work.

These guys are SO great. They gave me a great price to begin with, then came out and found an even CHEAPER way to solve the problem I was having.

They had the integrity to tell us about all the options and really turned a nightmare situation for us into a solved problem.

Every step along the way was handled professionally and respectfully. They never made me feel dumb or pressured me into something I didn’t want to do.

The pipe from our meter to the house busted, we got a lot of quotes and they were the best price. They got my pipe replaced in one day and they were really friendly. They didn't mind that my husband talked to them the whole time they were working. Very easy to work with, always answered the phone when we called, I would recommend them to everyone.

We had been in our house for only a month when our downstairs bathroom shower backed up and sent septic “water” flooding the bathroom and soaking part of our basement. Of course this had to happen during the weekend. JM Plumbing we’re the only ones who answered our request for emergency help and they came out on a Sunday and fixed our blocked septic line. They found that roots had infiltrated our line and caused a blockage. Their price was less than we imagined and gave us advice and tips to prevent the damage and recommended replacing the damaged line. JM Plumbing was the only service open during the weekend and did a great job with professionalism and great customer service. Would highly recommend!

Needed help with some repairs and a water heater installed in a newly leased property my church got and Jaime was very helpful and considerate and helped make suggestions on what work needed to be done in the building. I don't know how this place has 5 stars. During the 2 seconds of interaction I had with their technicians they were rude. If they think potential customers are not important (their words) they shouldn't have any.

JM was easy and quick to schedule with. JM fixed my toilet quickly, and explained the issue and what he did yo resolve it. Will definitely call JM again.

Had a small job needing done. Called to get on their schedule. I was told my window for them to come out was between 2 and 5pm. I get a call at 1:40 asking if I was ready for someone to come out. I asked at 2pm, correct? I was told yes. So I said yes that still works. I'm home at 2, and stay until 5, nobody ever shows up. I called their office at about 3 and it goes to voicemail. Don't recommend unless wasting your time is your thing.

Responding to owner: that is false. I was home the entire time. No one ever came. Unless your technician had the wrong address dispatched? I was here promptly at 2 and all the way until 5pm. I have security system proof I'd be happy to share.

Scheduled a quote with Dana and she sent Jamie out to assess my damage, quoted me on the spot with city permit and inspection. Very professional on time and did an excellent job installing a new gas line from the meter to all appliances. JM plumbing understood my need to have a quick turnaround as this property was a rental and my tenant was displaces due to not having heat in the house. From the 1st call nothing short of integrity and quality. Will be using on all future plumbing needs!! Thank you!!!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

After a 5 month renovation project we moved into our home and quickly found an issue with a bad cold water pipe. It was leaking all over our new floor under our new cabinets. Jaime, with JM plumbing arrived in under an hour to look into the problem.

To cap the leaky line, he had to go into our wet crawl space in the dead of winter. His efforts were even more amazing, considering that we called JM at 11:00 PM and he left a Christmas party to respond to our after hours call.

The price was very reasonable and Jaime was very personable and professional. I will never contact another plumbing company because of this experience. JM will be my preferred plumber for life.

Do yourself a favor and hire them for any of your plumbing needs.
