Water in your basement ? WE'll be right there. And they were. After exam of pipes with top of the line equipment..you have roots in your line... tomorrow we'll be out with the BIG equipment. And they were. If Mr. Rooter says it...you can trust that it will happen. And, it will happen with friendly, courteous, men who know what they are doing, get right to it and take as little time as they can to do it right the first time. What a mess, but what a relief. They arranged financing...All we had to do was stand by and watch. They didn't mind stopping to answer questions at all. We have had to have them before, on a lesser scale, but I can't imagine this service with anyone else....and we've had a few of THEM too. You and your lines are in good hands with the team at Mr. Rooter...count on it.

David Lies Plumbing, over the years, has installed a new gas line for new gas stove, changed out all toilets, hot water heater, disposal, and repaired sink off valves in every faucet and washing machine. Great service, always punctual. They are on my short list, my only plumber list. Thanks.

Unfriendly, quick to not help

I used Lyday because I was forced to do so through my home warranty company, American Home Shield. Lyday did not pull a permit to do the work on my house, below slab repair, and then did not have it inspected. The work done was not done to code and a plumber that came to my house later for a different reason was appalled with the work that was done. He asked me if I had done the work myself because it was unsafe and not done to code. He reported the work to the city inspector, at which time he said no work permit was ever paid for, and no attempt for an inspection was ever made. This project was about $1800 through Lyday and I am currently paying $3000 to have it redone by a qualified plumber. Future customers beware. I work hard for my money, and I really feel taken this time around. I will never use Lyday or American Home Shield for anything ever again.
