Our water line broke in the early morning hours between the main and our house. I called David Lies Plumbing before 8:00 AM, and they sent Wesley out. He shut off the water at the main, reported the severity of the break to Evan Lies, and was able to come back with Jake around noon. They were able to dig down, fix the break, and restore our water service that day. Two days later, Wesley and Matt backfilled the hole and fixed the issues with toilets and faucets caused by the break, All three employees were good as gold. The work was performed efficiently and everything was explained to us as it was done. We got the bill, and we're pleasantly surprised with the total. We have used David Lies Plumbing multiple times over the past thirty years, and have never been disappointed. We will be using them in the future, too. They are an outstanding company.

American services sent out their technician Ramon Rodriguez. He called to let me know what time he would arrive,. Upon arrival he was courteous, asked a few questions about the situation, went to work and was efficient in troubleshooting the air conditioning problem. He quickly fixed it, made sure everything was working before he left. Thank you Ramon for your professional attitude and expertise! I would definitely recommend American services to anyone having a problem anytime day or night

Preston was prompt and worked quickly and efficiently. He was courteous and played along with my 4 year old pretending to be Star Wars characters. I will definetly call Bowers for my next plumbing need!Using Bowers again, this time for a hot water heater installation. After a little scheduling hiccup the previous day, Bowers was available earlier than estimated which was much appreciated as we've been without hot water for too many days now. Josh was prompt, courteous and answered any questions I had. I definetly will use them again! Braeden fixed some outdoor faucets for us and did a great job!

They did a great job on my bathroom, everything from plumbing, to drywall, trim work, and fixtures! They even removed a door and patched a wall and added a washer and dryer to the bathroom!
They also took the old laundry area and converted it to a pantry!

For a company who is called On Time, they dang sure don’t know what that truly means. Yes they showed up within their time block to my house but the dianogosis they were required per my home warranty contract was never sent in until 13 days later and multiple phone calls later. The requirement is 48 hours upon the tech being on property, 13 days later is just a wee bit outside the time frame. Thankfully the warranty company agreed with my solution to fix it myself and are paying me back in full. Too Bad OnTime didn’t value the customer or the sale enough our they could’ve gotten paid. But not now! Terrible customer service relations, definitely search elsewhere for a more qualified and customer orientated company.
